Keep getting disconnected from online games.

Whenever I join an online game, I cannot move the screen and then I get disconnected a minute later. This doesnt happen in the character loading lobby though, but does if I try to host a game and other people join me. When ive joined mid game, ive only had the character choosing ui thing appear once. I was thinking it may help if I open my ports, but I cant find which ports to open. Anyone have any ideas?
