Hey there, are you still having issues with this? What does the exact error message say; does it require a specific date format?

I'm having the same issues. I'm going to try to create a new account in another window to see if I can create an account and then redeem the code.

Edit: Hey, Undertaker, what I did worked. Go to comics.comixology.com, click the "log in" prompt at the top of the page and then create an account from there. It looks like the script for creating an account on the "redeem" page doesn't work for some odd reason, but creating an account on the main site and then logging in on the redeem page does. Weird.

Thanks, Codex. I ran through the redemption process and did not experience the same issue you guys had. Not entirely sure why it's behaving that way, but I'll pass it along!

Out of curiosity, which web browsers were you guys using when you got this error? I use Chrome, and know that sometimes drop-down menus are sort of fiddly on a lot of websites when using it, where it appears as though I've selected an option, but it hasn't registered in the browser when I move on to the next field (and I have to go back and re-select it).

Hey guys, it sounds ComiXology has been looking into the issue, and it shouldn't be occurring anymore. If you haven't redeemed your code yet due to seeing this error, could you let us know if it works for you now?

    Thanks again for reporting it!

The game was released in the UK on Friday 10th February, @ 22:00pm GMT I redeemed the Comic redemption code and it all worked fine...been using it for the last hour, and just loving having that complete Origin collection available to read, especially after completing the SP main story earlier today

Great Idea for 2k to make this available with the LE version of the game, as a comic geek I just loved the extra content in the original Darkness game and so pleased 2k kept it with the sequel and enhanced that experience

Big thumbs up and huge thank you to 2K from me

Love the comics too, although I'm not that much into comics, but I enjoy reading them so far.
And as I'm soon running out, I'll guess I get more from Comixology, although I have to read them on PC at the moment, as I don't have any eBook readers or similiar hardware.

Glad you guys are liking the comics!

    Like? I LOVE them!
It's a shame that you're through with them so quick...

I'd also like to thank you (everbody at 2k/DE) for introducing me to Comixology. It's not that easy to get US comics here in Germany and this site seems to be a great source for exactly that, although I have to admit I'd rather have real comic books, but it's far better than nothing
I really have to get me an eBook reader though...it just doesn't feel right to read them online

I'm having the same concerns. I'm going to try to make a new consideration in another screen to see if I can make an consideration and then receive the value.
