Fastest Cars for Mafia II?

I was wondering what the fastest car in Mafia II was.

I have every DLC available, and every one of those cars in the garage that comes with them.

I use to think it was the Smith Thunderbolt, but it's obviously not.

Also, while you're here, do you mind telling me what 'Top Speed' means exactly? I thought that was the speed my car got to and then quit gaining more speed, but on my Thunderbolt I was able to get my 'Max Speed Reached' 2 MPH over the top speed.

And also, what does Basic Horsepower do in the game?

Fastest car is the Delizia GrandAmerica, it's a Ferrari, and it's a beast, it's like the devil lives within it's engine IMO.

As for Horse Power & Top Speed, I never payed much attention to what that actually do, but even then the Delizia tops them all.
