Holy Grail is fantastic, not so keen on the other movies but Life of Brian is pretty good.

Life of Brian wasn't nearly as good as Holy Grail, but it's still pretty funny. Have you seen any of his Flying Circus shorts?

OK, I'll be slated, but I really do find Monty Python unfunny.

That would be very, very, VERY, hard. But there's still funny stuff nowadays.

yes I've probably seen all the classics, they get quoted/repeated quite a lot on UK TV.

I forget that Monty Python isn't an actual person quite a lot. It's really annoying.

    it's quite common

I'm not surprised some people don't get it, it's great that most if not all went on to have such good careers, without them no Fawlty Towers (still one of the funniest things ever made imo), without T Gilliam no Brazil, Twelve Monkeys, Fisher King or Time Bandits, what they all went on to do after python was amazing.

Fawlty Towers is amazing. I just downloaded Holy Grail on my nifty new iPod Touch.

as a child my grandmother made me watch holy grail. I was confused throughout, and then terrifed when the adorable little rabbit that resembled my own little Bugsy started eating peoples throats.
I love the movie now tho .

    NEee!
