Mine happened today while playing joe's adventures, I was robbing a gas station, And when i shot the clerk with my m1 garand the bullet went through his head and hit the gas pumps (they exploded)!

Police shot the wrong guy.
I haven't robbed a lot of stores but I did experience a small bug. When I took the money from the cash register, the clerk started screaming while she was standing like nothing ever happened. Then I just left.
At the beginning of chapter 11, (driving in Henry's car) I decided to get a new suit, so I just ran into the store pointing my gun, stole a suit and then ran for it. Then later, when I finished helping out Vito's sister by visiting Eric, I went back to the same store and the shopkeeper and two policemen were waiting for me! They must have been waiting for ages! :P
Well this happened to my friend the other day he had shot at someone in the "ghetto" or black guy neighborhood and ran past the gun shop while the cops were shooting and one of the bullets missed and went through the glass window of the shop and hit the gun clerk(my friend and I call him "Pops") dead on in the head. And all my friend heard was a thud when the body hit the floor. He ran into the shop after killing the cops of course and found Pops on the floor with blood all over the place. His reaction was wtf and broke into hysterical laughter for a mere 15 minutes.
I was Robbing the Diner and there was one of those tipical punks and when i shot him e didnt die and instead of killing me he killed the lady in the register =D
