I think you had to sign up in the first place to have a chance at becoming an insider (the link to where to do so is in the very first post). I remember there being a thread about it somewhere up here when the page first went live.

They normally take 3 days to a week to show up in Canada. From past experience they show up 1-2 weeks after overseas.
I still have no clue how express even does it, they are magical..
my friend had to turn in a scholarship, like by the end of the day.. we are here in california, and it was suppose to go all the way to new york... in a matter of hours... !!!!
he did it practically the last minute kinda deal !
Although I'm not involved in any way with this particular promotion, I want to say one thing to the skeptics: go for it!
Over the years, I have seen 2K Games, and specifically 2K Elizabeth, do amazing things for their fans. The reason some of you may not know this is because they are classy and do it stealth-style. Other companies may create a handful of cool prizes and then do all sorts of advertising talking about them, with the end result that 10,000 people enter for a chance to win. I've seen 2K hold contests where every person won something cool. And I've seen them create entirely unique prizes, out of the blue, and send them out to forum members and fans without any warning or promotion whatsoever (the CivRev barbarian bust is a perfect example).
Only the staff knows the full details of this new 2K Insider club (we moderators are volunteers), but I can almost guarantee that they are not doing this to farm for e-mails/addresses. This is an attempt to thank and reward the fans who have helped make 2K Games and the 2K Games Forum great.
Legal liabilities, especially based on U.S. law (and 2K is a U.S.-based corporation).
Flipside: I haven't gotten anything yet (in connecticut, responded as soon as I got the email), but I'm not even sure we checked the mail yesterday. ^_^ So it might be out there right now, anyway.

Can the people who have received them already post their geographical location in the states, this would give people on the east coast an idea when they will receive theirs. Thank you.
