Hi Guys,
battlefield 3 is my favorite game. I have many times, play this game. It is very interested game..........................
I play game because I love being drawn into a fascinating story and world. The same reason I read good books and watch amazing movies. I like being taken on a journey... and then blowing stuff up on the way![]()
I'm playing games because they can take you on great journeys, show you great adventures and you can do what you can't do in real life ( mostly ^^ ). I'm also playing them if I'm bored, so they keep you busy.
(late to teh party, but eh, it's not a bad question anyway ...)
... because they're fun?
No, seriously. Some guys get into sports - they know all the statistics for their favorite teams' players, they know trivia and history from past games, they buy merchandise branded with their home team, they watch allthe games, and so on.
Sports, especially the televised variety, absolutely bores me to tears.
But while I have been having great fun today, running aroun Skyrim with my Orc warrior (and his brand-new set of Legendary-grade Dragonplate Armor), bashing bandits, Draugr, and Dragons in the face with his trusty daedric mace (and FUS RO DAH-ing the occasional unlucky SOB off a cliff every now and then) ...? I fully understand and accept that some people would be absolutely bored to tears doing the same thing.
Also, the particular games I like let me enjoy a bit of "exploration", seeing new things, finding stuff I didn't know was there beforehand, and so forth. Scratches the same itch Ihad as a young boy, back before the original NES was a big hit, and I'd "go exploring" in the local woods and such. Just walking around, finding trails and paths and such.![]()
I play games because they successfully capture my attention. I know I've found a "good" game when I glance at a clock and an hour or two has slipped by without notice.
My all-time favorite game is Fallout 3. It's sequel, Fallout: New Vegas, I had difficulty "getting in to" because it felt like a huge F3 Mod at a time when I had played F3 to death. Once I got into F: NV however it also shot right to the top of my list. Skyrim is also a great game, however I'm not as into it as much as I prefer science-fiction settings over fantasy. All three of those games are by Bethesda and are very similar in mechanics to each other so if you like one you'll probably like the others.
I like to play games, i'm a Playstation owner, My favorite games are...
1. Killzone
2. Resident Evil
3. Gran Turismo
4. Metal Gear Solid
5. Driver
Bioshock is the best i like also gears of war and battlefield
i like castleville
castleville game quests
The last few weeks I've been playing:
Just Cause 2
GTA IV
Dirt 3
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3
Mass effect 2 is my favorite game.....I like this game more or more....
Hello, i play game for time pass and relaxation. My favorite game is Battlefield 3.
I mostly play "Team Deathmatch" game mode in BF3.
hey Gatskater, what do you think, which game is better? bioshock OR half life 2.
I play games for 2 reasons.
1.] They are apart of our Culture. Look at Fallout and Skyrim, they are tales of Brave heroes saving people from Beasts and Bad Guys. Video Games are todays Great Epics.
2.] They are fun, what's not fun when you blow a muties head off with a gauss rifle? Tell me please. Best part is, I don't got to clean his brain bits off of my T-51B Power Armor.
My favorite Games:
1.] Fallout 3
2.] Civilization V
3.] Star Wars Battlefront 2. I played that soooo much.
4.] Any old Medal of Honor Game
5.] Rome Total War
Least Favorite Games
1.] Something Something History Channel the Pacific. Horrid Game. Nothing to do with the HBO series, that series was good.
2.] Turning Point: Fall of Liberty. Horrible
3.] Call of Duty Black Ops
4.] Battlefield 3
5.] Skyrim
Yes you read right, I hated Back Ops, BF3 was boring after a while. Most of the time it was just you running around the map trying to get into a jet only so you could crash. I never enjoyed Skyrim. I'll give it a second chance in a few years. It isn't a horrible game I just never liked it.
I agree with headkase on everything.
I owe my love of history to video games, everything I am into is because of Video games. I love them dear.
Some of my favourite games for story mode are:
Bioshock,
Assassins Creed 1, 2 & brotherhood
Fallout 3,
And Infamous.
I like fps games most for online play and I like racing and FIFA.
But my favourites are definitely games set in a dystopia or apocalyptia.
Ran out of games though any suggestions fallout new Vegas is next I feel.
I've recently noticed that all of my favorite games have a well-crafted atmosphere, and often I'll prefer a game with a dark/gritty atmosphere to than any other. That being said, I have been playing:
-GTA IV, seriously this time.
-Max Payne 2, in preparation for the newest installment.
-Bioshock (having technical issues, though)
-Team Fortress 2. It doesn't take much for gameplay to trump story.
