Documentation for Achievements?

I have not been able to find any descriptions of what is required to complete several achievements, for example, "Fetches la Vache!", "Reverse Engineer" and several others. I've checked the documentation that came with the game, the DLCs (I have all of them), the forums here, and the Civ Fantatics forum without any luck.

Some are direct: "Macho Picchu - Win the New World Scenario as the Incas"; however, many leave me guessing. I believe many are specific to certain scenarios, for example, "Reverse Engineer" is - I think - winning within the Ancient Wonders scenario. I have, more than once, gained possession of 3 wonders in a single non-ancient-wonders game, yet that has not completed the achievement.

Is there documentation anywhere describing the requirements for each accomplishment?

I think "Reverse Engineer" is when you conqour a city that has built a world wonder. Not sure on the rest or where to find out..

Can't you list the achievements using your Steam account?

They are listed in the account if you go to the See All Achievements. Also tells you what you have to do.

Some of the scenario ones are a bit muddled though.
