Spywatch Vs. Skywatch: Comparison And Analysis

Well, ladies and gentlemen, I think it's time we compared the two organizations that seem to have the most active roles in recent events - namely, Citizen Skywatch and Citizen Spywatch.

Specifically, I believe that we need to analyze what we know about both organizations.

That being said, let us begin this analysis by compiling the various facts we have regarding both organizations - and since we know more about Citizen Skywatch, that is where I shall begin.

Citizen Skywatch

- Involved in investigation of unusual atmospheric phenomena previously unknown to mankind
- Identities of the founding members (the "Citizen Elite") concealed; no names are used, only numbers, and faces are hidden at all times
- May be former members of the Internal Defense Directorate (see: shredded documents recovered during Operations EMERALD VANGUARD, CRYSTAL POLECAT, MERCURY TEACUP, and TOMATO POWDERKEG)
- If comprised of ex-IDD personnel, may have powerful enemies; the IDD was discredited by opponents within the United States government (see: aforementioned shredded documents)
- Have (or had) access to documents and equipment belonging to the now-defunct IDD, e.g. the Infinivac Network, various documents (both shredded and not) recovered during the aforementioned Operations.
- Have released information that implicates a non-terrestrial agency with regards to the unusual weather phenomena

Citizen Spywatch

- In opposition to Citizen Skywatch
- Have infiltrated Citizen Skywatch and compromised Skywatch operational authority, as evidenced by electronic messages and telephone calls received by various Citizen Soldiers
- Have made allegations that the Citizen Elite are engaged in lies of omission, as per recent telephone calls ("If the story doesn't add up perhaps the facts have been subtracted.")
- Have not provided evidence to back up their claims
- Have not revealed anything regarding motive, personnel, numbers, etc.

That being said, I have three theories about Citizen Spywatch.

[strike]The first is this: that they are a false-flag operation being run by Citizen Skywatch to test our loyalty and resolve.[/strike]

In light of recent events, I feel it is safe to discard the initial theory as to Citizen Spywatch's motives. This leaves us with the following:

That Citizen Spywatch is acting in sincerity - that they truly believe that Citizen Skywatch is a threat - but they are merely incompetent, or

They (Citizen Spywatch) are a front group for a more powerful organization that seeks to disrupt Citizen Skywatch, and are acting as incompetent as possible in order to draw our attention away from a more competent enemy whose actions will only be successful if our attention is focused on the incompetent front group.

All I know is, Citizen Spywatch's automatic tone of condescension and arrogance, as well as his complete lack of attempting to provide concrete evidence, suggest HE is the disruptive factor.

Don't tell us we're wrong in following Skywatch; at least Citizen One has helped us accumulate REAL data involving this bizarre series of encounters and experiences.

Simply SAYING that someone is telling a lie without proving it is, at best, a Communist propagandist attempt to undermine true Democratic thinking.

I will not be swayed until EVIDENCE to the contrary is submitted by this pompous malcontent!

Don't get me wrong, citizen dcj667. By no means am I attempting to suggest that we should have anything to do with Citizen Spywatch outside of attempting to discern their motives.

However, analysis of their actions - as well as the information we have regarding both Spywatch and Skywatch - may well help us determine the motive behind their attacks on Citizen Skywatch.

After all, we know that Citizen Spywatch in opposition to Citizen Skywatch. The question is, why?

Spywatch could've done some harm to us by now - but he just playfully taunts and tells us to question every order, watch our back, and be suspicious of One. To be honest, I agree with that advice. Those of you who are taking part in this who FULLY trust the Citizen Elite are blind fools. The tagline of Skywatch's main bulletin board is "Citizen One is watching you." You have to be a LITTLE wary.

Of course, I'm still a bit antsy about his apparent breach. He called me and sent me a message as he did to many other Citizens. Not sure what to say to that.

The only thing I will say to counter this is, we KNEW going in Skywatch's stance. And really, what, if anything, has he done that has any potential for harm?

He has encouraged us to share information regarding possible unidentifiable encounters and experiences, and has prompted us to go looking for more evidence to support our claims.

All Spywatch has done is mock us, and tell us not to trust.

When we ask why, all we get is "Just because!"

Stop hiding behind your arrogant curtain of subterfuge, Spywatch! If you have something important to say, and more importantly, PROVE what you are alleging, then COME OUT AND SAY IT!

Ultimately, as fine, upstanding soldiers for democracy and truth, we MUST trust someone. If we find evidence to the contrary, so be it, and we were wrong. It happens, everywhere in life.

So far, Skywatch has done nothing to convince me otherwise. The only suspicion I have is for anyone who attempts to stir discontent and division with accusations of falsehood through their MERE SUGGESTION!

If Spywatch proves me wrong, then fine. Until that point, he can save his aristocratic arrogance for lesser individuals, socialists and communists, perhaps!

The following information pertains to theories of Spywatch as an outside threat, not an internal test:

I think it's interesting to note that if you go over the materials presented by Citizen Skywatch, you can see that we have been anticipating an opposing force that operates from the shadows, much like Spywatch. From what Skywatch has said, it would seem that the expected adversary has some ties to governmental organizations, although may be no longer directly related to them, as citizen Ranger Six pointed out. If Spywatch were itself a government group, and it has moles in Skywatch as has been stated, then I have no doubt that they would have already made a real and aggressive move against Skywatch; this is the kind of conduct I have come to expect from such governmental groups. Citizen Ranger Six may have been onto something when he stated that Spywatch may be a front group to distract us from the real enemy though.

From the way that Spywatch operates, if it were an independent organization then its motive would not be to take down Skywatch, but to destroy it from the inside out. By laying these seeds of doubt within the minds of unwary citizens it may want to turn us citizens against our own initiative, so that no decisive move needs to be made on the part of Spywatch and they can then disappear into the shadows whence they came. This is not to rule out the possibility of Spywatch having a genuine concern that the members of Skywatch are being deceived, but if that is true then Spywatch certainly could have picked more effective methods to warn us.

The Citizen Elite know much more about Spywatch than they want to tell us. I for one think that the citizens should be informed about the threat that seems to be posed to us. Unless this lack of information is part of Skywatch's plan?

The theory of the test ,event if possible, is quite improbable. If we review the facts Citizen 13 shared with us, Spywatch is the cause and reason the IDD disbanded(stop receiving support). They were members of the IDD much as the citizen elite but instead of rallying to the cause they motivated divergence of opinion and questionning. We must not fall within this trap, i do believe we must continue our investigation in the motive of the spywatch as best we can to " know our Enemy". To finish let me quote Patrick Henry: "...United we stand, divided we fall. Let us not split into factions which must destroy that union upon which our existence hangs.”

In light of recent events, I have to admit that the possibility of Citizen Spywatch being an agency of Citizen Skywatch looks more and more remote.

In fact, it's starting to look to me that Citizen Spywatch may be in league with this unknown enemy that we of Citizen Skywatch have been attempting to study.
