Angelus, Sonatine and The Witchblade - Spoilers

Do you guys think we'll see The Angelus, Sonatine or The Witchblade playing a prominent part in The Darkness 2?

The Angelus is, IMO, necessary as she was originally going to be in the previous game and The Darkness appears to be more powerful (noticeable) in The Darkness 2. Remember the Angelus is ALWAYS watching and waiting for The Darkness to show itself.

Sonatine is, IMO, absolutely necessary in The Darkness 2 since he is the head of The Brotherhood of Darkness, which I assume is The Brotherhood in The Darkness 2.

The Witchblade doesn't necessarily have to be in The Darkness 2 directly, but I think a brief cameo or even mention of The Witchblade would be great fan service, IMO.

I think it's probably best that the game centers on a main villain rather than going all Spider-Man 3 on us.

    Thank you.

And Deus, it's been confirmed they WILL NOT be in The Darkness 2.

Then why did they say that The Darkness 2 is more "in tune" with the comics?

    I am disappoint.

The art style is the obvious influence, but also The Brotherhood was in the comics if I'm not mistaken. They're still trying to keep a balance between the graphic novels & the original game, which only gave a vague hint about The Angelus.

Also in the most recent trailer Johnny Powell said that "The Darkness had KO'd all of its enemies except for one", implying that prior to the events of the games it had already defeated Angelus & the others.
