The Mid-Hudson Mobile Operations Command Center has established live communications channels for discussion of Citizen Skywatch's operations in general, and for the various operations that will be taking place this weekend in specific.

We are using the live communications network that has been codenamed "SynIRC", and the communications channels that we have established are as follows:
