Wonder Card csots
On the rotating wonders
at what point to they become cheaper?
last game I played I was in a small civ and they only cost 2
but with the same civ size on the start of new game, they cost 5
anyone know
Thanks

It depends on Civ size and how many wonders you already have.

Rotating wonders = mini-wonders
Their costs do not depend on how many wonders you have. The size of your civ matters the most. But there is another variable that causes a 5 player civ to have to use 4 GPs on a mini-wonder in the first few hours of a game while the same 5 player civ has to use only 2 or 3 GPs later on (random numbers given by me). This variable is either the number of players in the game OR the number of players in the biggest civ. I fear nobody knows and the developers are keeping the formulas a secret.

may i missed info out
so let me type this again
last game I played
we had 6 players inthe civ
all the mini wonders we 2 cards to play
was that a bug?
-
ya bomb that is what im trying to figure out
at what point ...what era does it change to 2?
-
I'm pretty sure that when we lost a battle and lost our wonders the price for all the wonders including the mini wonders dropped to 2. I can't say I was taking all that notice just a curse of well we can afford secret weapon now... I'll look more carefully.

Ok.. playing several small person nations I am going to go out an on limb here.
Up to 5 people its 2 per wonder.. at 6 it becomes 3 (this is from my experince)
Number of times you use them does not increase. (last game i had 32 culture medals from wonder events) and it never increased.
Hope this helps
