It is indeed still in Japanese and French. The French goes too damned fast for me to catch it and I am not very good at Japanese to begin with. I'm trying to recruit help from elsewhere to assist.
I wish I understood the languages so I could find the loop spot and record it and have someone slow it down.

Seems like the japanese is going to be the easier part. Just looking at it with a japanese number chart I picked up on a lot of it.
If we had a recording to go from it would be easier
I'm recording it now, I have a friend who speaks a fair bit of Japanese, I will see if she can assist.

I had a recording all ready to go, but due to being new my messages are filtered.
Let's just say that I wouldn't be surprised if it were.
I transcribed the French section of the recording, from there it's just 1=A, 2=B, etc. A few numbers were in English, which translated directly to numbers. (italicized)

I took French in HS, but it's been awhile since then. It sounds like it's all numbers, I suggest using a site like this to help decode fully (or I'll do it in a few hours when I get back home).

In fact, Tomato Powderkeg seems like such an obvious trap that I'm surprised it hasn't been labeled "TRAP!" in large, unfriendly letters.

It is confusing if it is Citizen MT, Citizen 13 20 or if it is Citizen 13 and 20 citizens get a pass
