Just received a phone call, it appears to be Morse code, I'll upload it asap.
If anyone could find a program to translate it, or can translate it, that would be amazing.

Is the message short enough that it could be easily written out? Morse code is pretty simple with a letter key.

I just received an unusual recorded message, allegedly from Citizen Skywatch. It appears to be a heavily distorted message in Morse Code.

I currently do not have the tools necessary to decipher it, but I did manage to transcode it into a format suitable for sharing here on our bulletin board system.

So far, using the program I found, I've only been able to decode crystal and cat.com, those two come up multiple times no matter what frequency I use. I know it sounds strange, but thats all I have so far.

I though it might be hexidecimal but I was wrong. Must be some other kind of key we need to find. I'm at a loss on this one fellow Citizens. The code loops and is very long as far as I can tell.

Doing a search for "Crystal Polecat" yields an online radio profile / station where you can listen to the same loop. Interesting.
