Im really stumped on what this song is on the in-game radio

I knew enough to go here

but i still don't know what its called...

because the song i'm looking for has no vocals or lyrics for that matter. All i can make out is at frequent intervals a group of people go something like "wahoohoo!" then a guitar comes back on and finishes then a saxophone comes on and does the notes the guitar was doing.

does anyone know what this song is?
