XBOX 360 Controller and Mac

Question for you guys.

Just bought the Mac version of DNF. Very excited to play it. Been a Duke fan for a long time. I have the 360 controller for it, and the wireless receiver. But, for some odd reason, the game won't pick it up. Tried it with other games and it works just fine.

Anything Im missing here? I could've sworn that this would be controller compatible, which is a huge thing for me, and when I bought the software, it said it is controller compatible.

I have exactly the same problem. The xbox 360 controller works for sure with this game as i tested on my bootcamp windows 7.
So the problem should be with the mac version and the controller's driver or solely the driver itself.

I think this is the only one available that works with OSX from snow version and above...

You can't mouse aim with a controller, you probably don't really want to use one.
Do you ever play mouse aim FPSs? Console controlers are really gimpy.
