Contact from the Federal Security Special Investigative Committee

I have recently received a letter from the Federal Security Special Investigative Committee advising me to return or destroy any materials related to the Enemy Unknown Project. It is plain to see that they are trying to hide something.

    Here's the letter.

    And a picture labeled HOAX

I fear that they will begin to hunt down the rest of us who have had contact with the Unknown Enemy. Stay wary my fellow agents.

I'll need to check my mail box to see if I have received any similar information. One must wonder what has gone on internally over at Infinivac, they began seeking answers to these strange phenomena, then went dark for almost a year, and now are trying to censor and destroy all the information that was released during the project.

Something screwey is going on here, and I want to get to the bottom of it. Could the IDD themselves have been infiltrated by these unknown enemies?

This news is worrisome... I get the feeling that all Hermes agents need to be careful.

Indeed. Similar materials crossed my desk this afternoon. The "doctored" photo appears nearly identical to the one I received--the only difference was the placement of the "HOAX" and "REMOVED FROM EVIDENCE" stamps. Which means those were done by hand, individually for each photo.

Everything should be questioned. This could be a setup to allow the government plausible deniability. Even if the original photo is legitimate, it could be the FSSI marking these as hoaxes just to see who rises to the bait.

I'd hate to think our own government can't be trusted.

This could coincide with denials from the USAF appearing to be proven false...

If the government is hiding something, and SkyWatch aims to figure out what it is, this could end up getting dangerous.

I hope this pattern doesn't continue. Infinivac's apparent shutdown was worrying to begin with.

Received today as well, we better all comply if we don't want MIB to show up.

I too, received a letter from the Federal Security Special Investigative Committee advising me to return or destroy any materials.

There is no way to return it because the address is unreadable for me, so the only option left is to destroy the materials.

I get the feeling I am being watched.

It seems that these strange events have even the government worried. All agents be advised, if not careful, they may find out about Citizen Skywatch, only recruit those you can trust.

The government can't keep something like this hidden for too long... These "events" seem to be happening more and more...

I took a close look at the return address on the IDD Envelope and the FSSIC Envelope. I only have had 1 year of forensic classes, and we only did a week of handwriting analysis but it appears to me the writing style is identical. Anyone have more experience with forensic analysis or agrees with my conclusion?

The stationary paper used for the FSSIC letter is from a different company than the IDD letter as well.

I did a blacklight on everything and found nothing but the stationary watermarks, the fingerprints on the envelope would probably lead nowhere so I have purposefully ignored them.

Skywatch advises any evidence not be destroyed. It's your decision, but... I think I can hold onto mine for a bit longer without feeling too spooked.

    Watch yourselves, nonetheless.

I've come back from the dead before, so receiving this letter isn't enough to spook me.

I know I am hanging on to what I have gotten in evidence for sure for as long as I can.

I got home from a short vacation in upstate NY today and discovered the letter in my mailbox. It was a surprise to see it there, but what was inside is a tad odd. Same things as the others (the "disband letter" and hoax photo).

I'm hoping that whatever's happening revitalizes this forum, haha!

Received a letter, too. Back of photo says: full report to follow, so who knows? I'm psyched.
Btw, what is going on with the Project: Enemy unknown website? What does Citizen One entail? I need a freshen-up, I've been out for too long.

Evidence is evidence even when it is proven false. we need to hold on to that knowledge.

Citizen bluebuttpie (lol, sorry...), Project: Emeny Unknown has been terminated along with the Infinivac site. Citizenskywatch is where we stand now while waiting for further updates.

Than this is where we will make our stand and find out and hopefully stop what is happening across the country.

It is clear that government wants to clear everything we know... It's as if the government works with the "Sky Things."

I just received my letter... This is concerning. They have the IDD's files, which had all of our personal information. I'm more than concerned about all of this.

I just received my letter, it took a few extra days because it had been sent to my old P.O. Box rather than my current address. Same story here, they're trying to say that all of this is a hoax. I'm not sure whether they're trying to merely control the panic or if the F.S.S.I.C. has been infiltrated by the U.S.S.R. either way, this is disconcerting, and I'm glad that they only have my old P.O. Box rather than my current location. As Citizen Codex said, anyone who has had former contact with the I.D.D. should take extra precautions to protect their identity, perhaps even a temporary change of residence would be smart.

I also have a few indirect contacts within the government. A colleague of mine knows a government agent who was removed from his position three years ago for asking too many questions, and I have just recently been given the opportunity to meet with a member of the Office of Naval Intelligence for a little, off the books chat. I tell you what, even after retirement, being a news paper reporter has its perks.

About a year ago I recieved intel pertaining to Project Enemy Unknown...

It's been safely in my custody but since then I have gone dark and changed addresses and have not had correspondence with the Federal Security Special Investigative Committee... Should I be concerned? Perhaps I should photograph this intel for the rest of the citizens?

Included in this intel was a vial of black viscous liquid. It seems inert. I'm curious if I should be cautious of it.

All I know is, I was mailed a package about a year ago. The package directed me to Project Enemy Unknown. Since then I haven't heard anything until the recent activity here. The intel has been under lock-and-key.

I'll archive the intel I recieved tonight and post it here.... Just in case.

I received the one that reads: "Office Memorandum" first, the rest was sent in a large envelope days later. This was all sent April 2010.
I assume that the folks who have recently recieved letters to destroy their communiques got similar packages?

Again, I have since moved and have not gotten any recent correspondence.

I really should be paying more attention to the XCOM section so I don't come in late. Will have to keep a look out if I get anything in the mail, assuming everyone who got the I.D.D. stuff sent out is getting this second letter.

What is this "XCOM" of which you speak? This is the Citizen Skywatch bulletin board, my good man. XCOM sounds like some silly game that those young Tom, Dick and Harry's are playing down at the diner these days along with their pinball!

Alright, alright, I'll play along, I don't know what came over me, I just started speaking random gibberish and this "XCOM" came out.
