Playing Civ 5 after 8 months, a fw questions about patches/add ons and thigns

I bought Civ 5 at midnight the day it came out, have loved all the Civ games since the Windows 3.1 days.

I havent played since December of 2010, got married and a new job so I didnt have much time which was ok. Anyhow I want to pick the game back up now.

So my question is, how many patches are there. Ive looked and I see the latest patch 1.0.1.275, if I download this from a fresh install will this bring me up to date?

Also how many official addons are there, I see one with Spain, another with Denmark. How many are there/ and is there an easy way to buy them all?

Sorry for the noob questions, like I said Im just coming back to the game so anything will help, there is a wealth of posts here and searching through them while fun would take a year

The current patch version is 1.0.1.383. By downloading from Steam you will automatically get the latest version.

As for DLC, there's Spain and Inca in one pack, the Cradle of Civilization mappack, the Babylon pack, the Polynesia pack, the Denmark and Explorers Mappack are 2 DLCs that can be bought in a combo, and the Korea pack and Wonders of the Ancient World pack can also be bought in a combo.

Right now, there is no deal for ALL of the DLC wrapped into one. Generally, those happen every few months, and correct me if I'm wrong Forum, but the last one was in June. In other words, a new deal on a DLC bundle should be coming soon. If you're not desperate for new content, then it would be best to wait it out for now.

Yeah, next shot may be around October, but that's only a small chance. It's almost certain we'll see at least one day of deep discounts on Civ V stuff during the Winter Sale (late December).
