I have been trying to get as much intel as possible regarding the latest situation issues which have happened.
During the intel collection I found an uknown network called http://www.projectenemyunknown.com/
It is very likely that someone is trying to hide this intel from us, citizens, because it was written in beggining that the project has been terminated. But after some hacking I was able to get to the sites core and download file called CTZN1.ZIP. As it is very seemable that it should consist information of you, CITIZEN ONE.
After unzipping the file all I got was two text documents (one for Win OS and other for MAC OS).
Unfortunately, I have to say that I am not able decrypt the information as it is encrypted so well that my machine can't even open it with the best decryption programm called notepad.
I am able to provide anyone with the root file, if anyone is able to help me.

Citizen Xprofils, I too have obtained the Ctzn1.zip.

File analysis confirms it is a video file, that is 35 seconds long. The video is heavily damaged and can't be repaired. We are not alone trust no one.

The video contains words of warning, I will do my best to transcribe them.

To further clarify these findings, here is what I have discovered. If you attempt to connect to the old Infinivac network at http://www.projectenemyunknown.com you will get a page saying the project has been terminated. If you click on the screen, however, you will see text scroll across the screen with access to a hidden file at the end. Click on the blinking square to download CTZN1.zip, which contains the aforementioned text file. However, if you change the extension to .mpg you will be able to view the video file.

This is definitely an interesting development, and I know I personally am beginning to wonder what ties Citizen One has with the IDD.

I will analyze the clip further to see if I can uncover anything worth mentioning.

I analyzed the film frame by frame and, though it's badly damaged, it seems to show images of some of the same bizarre weather patterns we've been seeing for the past year. Not only that, but at one point in the film there is something that looks like a large flying ring with lightning emanating from its center, as well as a humanoid figure whose skin looks as if it were made of glass.

Most curious, of all though, is near the end of the film there is text in the bottom left and right hand corners:



On the left are the words "McManus" and "Kneghoff" and on the right there are the numbers "30, 90." Do any of our fellow citizens have intel on individuals with these names?

Thank you for your help citizens. I was able to decrypt the file with decryptor VLC too and I also saw the video file which is without a question damaged badly.
Talking about citizens IllusionOfLife findings I must say that that screenshot taken from video definetly looks more like a screenshot grabbed from combat action (gameplay) as the numbers look like typical ammo count and the names on the left are your squad mates or something. That's the best I could think of.

The footage is heavily damaged, but I believe I saw a public building with pillars in the front and dome on top and what looked like a clock tower of sorts... A large pedestrian bus and some figure standing in a open space. A residential home also appears. What does this mean?

The names maybe a good follow up lead. If we can determine who they are it could be an important clue to how they are involved with this footage.

We can thank our allies amongst the ranks of the organization known as UnFiction for that, Citizen bluebuttpie. If memory serves, it was one of their operatives who was able to upload the footage. (I think the operative in question uses the codename "Ogawa", but I could be mistaken.)

On a side note, I've taken a close look at the freezeframe that Citizen IllusionOfLife has provided us, and I think I have been able to expand upon at least one of the anomalies he noted earlier. I've been unable to do much in the line of enhancing the image - I have only a rudimentary set of tools at my disposal - but I can make out this much:

One, it appears that the names are McManus and Krieghoff, not McManus and Kneghoff. This seems to indicate that we may be enlisting allies from other countries in our fight against the unknown enemy - McManus is clearly an Irish name, and Krieghoff is German.

Secondly, the names are accompanied by unusual symbols: McManus's symbol appears to have two chevrons surmounted by a star, and Krieghoff's appears to be three stylized bullets atop an inverted chevron. I admit that I am at a loss for what these symbols might mean, but I would suspect that they are indicators of some kind - perhaps of particular specialties that these people possess.

Glad to hear that the folks over at UnFiction are onboard with us. I have dealings with your group in the past, particularly during some of my reports on child disappearances and a mysterious tall man that seems to be associated with a few of them, that is, before my newspaper stopped printing those stories.

Also, thanks for clearing up that mistake on the name. Krieghoff huh, I'll have to check my old records to see if he ever came up in one of our stories. Although the fact that they're foreign is a little disconcerting, I don't have any reason to mistrust Ireland, except perhaps their proximity to the Iron Curtain, but that German name makes me a little more weary; I want to know that he's definitely on our side before we start putting any faith in someone who could be a Soviet, after all, half of Germany is a Soviet Satellite state. Perhaps this is giving us not names of allies, but names of agents of the enemy.

Krieghoff and McManus , eh? Maybe I'm getting a little out of hand here given that we have to worry about the obvious Communist connection to this whole thing, but could there be a possible Nazi connection as well? Yes, the Nazi party is no where near as big in Germany as it once was, but we know that there are still some people who believe in those people's attitudes and beliefs. We sheltered many, many scientists who were a part of that group of fascists. Maybe, if they are working for the government, we're looking at some sort of fascist takeover rather than communist.

Citizen Codex, you raise some valid concerns. We would do well to investigate McManus and Krieghoff and try to find out what became of them - if they are enemy agents, the it's possible that they might have been at least partly to blame for the termination of the Internal Defense Directorate and Project: Enemy Unknown. (I'm sure we're all aware of the aforementioned incidents, thanks to the Federal Security investigators who've been contacting several of our members.)


On the other hand, if the damaged footage that Citizen One used for this announcement of his is related to the Internal Defense Directorate - or possibly even sourced from their records prior to seizure and attempted destruction - then perhaps McManus and Krieghoff were working with that now-defunct agency; McManus might have been on loan to us from one of the British intelligence services - possibly MI5 or, more likely, MI6 - and Krieghoff might either be a defector from the East German Stasi or an agent of the West German Federal Intelligence Service.

In either case, it might be a good idea to see if we can track them down before the Federal Security agents can - they might be able to provide us with some useful information.

Citizen wonderboy, I feel that I may be of assistance to you. After viewing the footage, I had a hunch and compared the damaged film cells to a few photos of mine. I found matches to the domed building and clock tower that you mentioned. It could verry well be the Rosemont Institute of Science, in Rosemont Georgia. I don't expect the lead on foreign inteligence agencies to pan out, so this may be the next best lead we have.

However, if the all the recent activity on the west coast is noteworthy, why haven't we heard about any activity on the east coast?

Citizen Codex, while you mention the Nazi party due to the German name, I feel as though we should not discount McManus as being a potential terrorist as well. While generally kept to within the confines Great Britain, it's very plausible that the IRA may be considering some movement as well and we should not ignore the fact that members of the IRA do have some very...unique expertises that could be considered quite useful to other, larger, organizations.
