Wierd thing (funny) happening in Jimmy's Vendetta

In Jimmy's Vendetta when I go to the Fat Man's Distillery while free roaming, It is still detailed inside like in chapter 5 The Buzzsaw. Nowhere else in the game is the Distillery this well detailed outside of Chapter 5. Also you can open the front door, which will spawn gangsters, but you can't actually enter the distillery, you can kill the gangsters by shooting through the glass windows though. You can also go near the back door alley where in Chapter 5 Joe carried an injured Henry to their getaway car, and if you do go to the distillery back door it will cause a permenent loading screen. LOL! WTF? It only happens in save slot 1 though, Im not sure if clothing, time of day, weather etc. has something to do with it.

FYI: I am serious. I would not make this up, Man I wish I had a way to record this (Im playing on xbox 360)

the exact same thing happened to me. but i wanted to doit again because i thought that the loading screen thing was a glitch on a glitch, so i restarted and went back there, but now i don't know how to do it again!
