    Highest Attack Possible

    So I messed around w/English just to see what kind of attack I could generate.
    I used Beta Centauri to save time. I got a infiltration artillery from hill w/GG & vet battleship fleet to have an attack of 202. Naval support was 58 so that means the attack w/o naval support was 144. This is 48 + 24*4 = 48 + 96 = 144. This was w/o Samarai Castle & Religion which would have added 6 to the base attack of 48.
    With +50% for hill, infiltration, GG, veteran, this would have added 6+ 0.5*6*4 = 18 for a total attack of 220. A single vet bomber w/battleship fleet was 85 attack (again no Samarai Castle, 86.5 w/Samarai Castle)!

    Geez, that's pretty insane! The British are brutally dangerous if they ever get 24 techs!

    That all is for King and above difficulty, but Chieftain gets +100% attack bonus, so that would bring the number even higher, I guess it would be 54 + 27 * 6 = 216 + naval support which might also benefit from the chieftain bonus (not sure about this).

    The obvious next question must be, what's the best possible defence score?

    MI army, veteran, leadership, engineering, fortified in capital with Great General, Samurai Castle, Fundamentalism and veteran battleship fleet naval support - Anything else missing?

    Deliberate mistake of course, fundamentalism is only for attack!!

    I think Samurai Castle if for attack only too.

    You could also have the wall and England's naval support bonus.

    Vet, leadership, engineering, LOYAL, fully fortified (fortress and fortifying bonus) on a hill/forest, Great General, Vet English battleship fleet nearby (with Sams Castle and vet)

    So that'll make for...
    8*3 (MI army) +100% for vet and loyal, +100% for engineering, 100% for leadership, 200% fortificational bonusses, 100% for hill/forest and GG, +58 for the naval support.
    And then there's still rivers, but it diminishes the oponents attack force... unless arty/flying...
    Speaking of which, flying units negate terrain bonusses!

    24 + 5*24 = 144 + 58 = 202

    wounded that'd give you a minimum of 67.33333 defence, which still is good I think

    You don't get the engineering bonus outside of the city.

    You would get the maximum defense for a secondary city that is on a hill that has engineering,loyalty,leadership, a GG, a wall, and English Battleship fleet defense.

    I say a secondary city on a hill because when you have a wall in your cap you only get +50% because of the palace bonus for some reason.

    Overlooked the engineering bonus, mi scuzy!

    But hey, why bother with the max stats when you could get the nuke?
