Where are my Initial Settler Running Shoes

Does anyone know where (or if it even exists) I can find the feedback threads for the Civ V mods you can download through the game?

I downloaded the mod titled Initial Settler Running Shoes and really liked the concept but thought it needed a change in execution. So I hand coded an enhancement to the mod for myself and wanted to suggest that same enhancement to the mod creator. The sticky widget is I have not been able to find discussion forums for the mods.

Any ideas / answers?

Each mod has a URL associated with it (optionally), but that doesn't get displayed. Some are here, some are at CFC, some could be elsewhere, and some undoubtedly don't exist.
