Not really Jack, I player Tiger and Fifa but mainly just against friends when we're having a few beers before we go out. I'm useless at first person shooters so gave up on Cod lol! Downloaded Wipeout HD for free after downtime and enjoyed the battles of that online but it just doesn't have the longetivity that Civ has. Nor does any game come to think of it.
Also I can't justify spending any money on another console just to play civ lol. Maybe If I owned an Xbox I'd buy a PS3 for the other features such as blue ray but even though I've just got a top new job no one knows what's round the corner in this economic climate so being careful what I spend my money on!

Sorry, I know you have stated your position on this, But feel it is my duty to point out that if you have a GAME store near you, you can pick up an xbox (preowned) for £49 today. 1 year warranty. (and if you manage to find one with a 150w power supply, these are free of RROD)
