The "Who Am I?" Game

I dont know if you guys will like this, but on other forums these really get fun so ill try to get it started (not sure if anyone else has, so ill do it).

The rules of the game are that one person will give 4 clues about a character they are in the bioshock universe. Whoever guesses the person correctly then gives clues about a new person and the game just keeps going. ill start (and hopefully not finish)

I used to be part of the NYPD.

I am a heavy drinker.

I had to kill an artist for ryan.

i also dealt with Timmy H.
