[BUG] No tech learning from winning battle

Forgive me if this has already been reported, but I didn't see it on the unofficial bug list that was stickied.

The wiki states:

The winner of the battle gains all the loser's Wonders and immediately learns all technologies known by the loser.

In game 902, my Civ went to battle with another civ that had 8-10 more techs than us. We won the battle and did not receive any new technologies. We did get the era victory, but that was it.

When I view the world techs on the world screen, I see a '+' next to all of the techs that they have that we do not. Does this have some sort of significance?

I had the same problem in game 1043

Same problem in 699. We did not gain any of the Wonders. That was a big surprise and I guess a BUG!

Have you guys double checked that they actually have them? The reason I ask is because the world tab is bugged and says they have wonders/tecs that they do not actually have. (Probably related to the big civ/king bug) To actually see what they have go to worlds tab, then go to the wonders/tecs tab and see if they have wonders/tecs listed under there name. I have found that this is the best way to get information you need. If it says that they have the tecs/wonders then I will update the bug list accordingly. Thanks :-)

I've just had this in game 982
I've checked and they do have the techs listed under the civ tech tab

although the bug could be that that page and the world screen are wrong - they are a suspiciously weak civ to have as much tech as displayed

Another example - game 1138. Indian Commonwealth just defeated Russian Federation. Russian Fed. is supposed to have 27 technologies. After battle, Indian Commonwealth still sits at 15.
