Leaving a Game

Is there a way to just leave a game so you can go start a new one. I just lost the feel for my second game since the connectivity issues were around and frankly just dont care for it. So I was wondering if there was a way to just quit the game or do I have to let it play out?

There is currently no way to abandon a game.

When your first game ends you should be able to join a third and give up on your second. Hopefully that's not too inconvenient.

This is really brutal and I have a feeling it will result in a lot of lost players. It's bad enough that we can't spend an hour or two getting used to the game before committing for the long haul. But to be stuck in the same game after 48+ hours of not even being able to connect? I just want to start over already.

they should allow leaving after a certain era has come
sometimes its pointless to play in a small civ when the big one is far ahead
