[Bug] member info at incorrect position

I'm in Game 664

I joined Grecian States from the beginning, but I find that I'm also king and Defense minister of Spanish.
another member of Grecian States, NateW, is king and Defense minister of German.

And, when we build wonders for Era Victory, German wins.
It need 7 wonders for victory, but German got only 1 wonder.

I think the incorrect member position make this happened.
anyone meet the same situation like this?

And one more, our technology goes to German and Spanish,too.
World technology page shows that Grecian got only 2 techs, but Spanish and German got 11 techs.
