    Deleting improvments

    Is there a way to delete upgrades once built?
    Or am I stuck with my poorly planned layout for the rest of the game?

    You can recycle upgraded structures, but you won't get all your production back after you start upgrading. Re-planning a city after maxing structures is costly, but sometimes necessary.

    No worries. You can also press "M" to get to the move/recycle option quickly.
