Seriously something needs to be done about it. It's 100% against the spirit of the game, I know people who are doing it in game 214 just to go up in player rankings by switching to whoever is about to win. He's doing it so people get annoyed enough to complain on the forums, I guess that is what the beta is for. There should be a -50% fame loss if people leave civilisations. That will deter people from Civ hopping as it leaves very little to gain. This won't break the balance of the game either as fame isn't used for much other than player rankings. It'll get people to commit, and they won't have to lose resources from leaving a Civ. What do people think?
