[bug] tile swap mini game

I encountered a bug today with the tile swap mini game. I went from 32 left to none.

You most likely reached the required culture for a new Great Person, this makes all your accumulated culture and swap moves disappear.

not a bug after all... that's what happened. not a fan of losing the swaps though.

If you are close to getting your GP, you can always sell some culture so you don't lose swaps.

And always do your puzzle swaps before your harvests as well. Selling as needed, puzzle swaps, then harvests.
