Glad to see I'm not the only one!
Whenever I'd try to google the problem, the closest I could find is when people were having a similar error with Fallout 3 DLC instalations. But those didn't provide me too much help.
My pc-literate friend couldn't think of anything except making sure my Windows was up to date. Which it wasn't. But still no luck.
Anybody help?
Similar problem here. Downloaded "Minerva" & "Trials" from PSN for PS3 and can't access the DLC through my game's "Downloadble Contents" menu. Already downloaded and installed both again as suggested by PSN customer service and nothing happen. Can not access neither DLC from anywhere. Contacted 2K customer service and have not heard a word.
Somebody PLEASE HELP.

I fixed this.
You should set your Windows clock and date to june 2011 (no matter what date), install the DLC and then set it back to the real date or you won't be able to sign in your account.
this shows how they care about their paying customers.
