The '+N%' white text label that appears in the Food, Production, Science... stats is over the icon, making it harder to read.
There's room enough for placing that percentage next to the icon.

Solution: Place the label on the right of the icon, maybe using a smaller font. Or add a shadow or border to the text label so it's easier to read.
