After finishing the "Fort Frolic" level (competing Cohen's masterpiece and also killing Cohen), the goal message (M or H keys) told me I needed to collect enzyme to make the Lazarus from the Apiary in Arcadia. I had already done this, of course. It said I had 6/7. I actually had 5. I went anyway and got two more. Then four more. The goal message didn't change and still said I had 6/7.

So, I ignored it and went back to Fort Frolic and then took the bathysphere to Hephaestus. The goal then changed to "get to Ryan's office". And all seemed fine.
