Road building bug

Hi,

I think I've run into a bug regarding roads. They are supposed to add +10 to production areas like Forests, stone mines, and iron mines.

I'm trying to build a road on a forest next to my workers house and a small lumber mill and it won't let me (it's red). I tried building a road on the forest adjacent to it and it let me (or at least took my 50 production), but when I hover over it, it still says 15 forest instead of the 25 I would expect and I can't see the road.

I'm in game 146 as IsaacC, part of the German Confederation. Please fix!

The roads you build must connect to the main 4 starting roads that come from your capital (or through other buildings, which count as roads) if you want the road production bonus.

I've seen this. It seems to me the road was built but it is just not reporting it with the pop-up. If you go back to your city later it will be there.
