I feel the need to re-do my list. This is based on who I've played with and against. I am a new school player, so if I am missing names then it's because I haven't seen them in Rapture.
1. McFrenzy - Best elephant gun headshotter in my opinion and the master of no stuns. Great Big Daddy as well.
2. Gunner - Aero Dash, then Tk, then shotgun, then nailgun. I really never know what to expect when I play him, Not to mention one of the nest headshotters.
3. Frank Fotaine - Though his crossbow is glued to his hand, he is the best SoFt player and the best stun headshotter.
4. WaltzForTheMoon - Fast headshotter and great SoFt player. Waltz and PP1000 are tied for 4th.
5. PP1000 - A one man army and the master of teleporting! Lol.
6.Corpulent Drunk - I had no clue who he was, then when I played him he was destroying me with every weapon. This is the person who influenced me to step up my game.
7. ckmartens - Underrated headshotter and beast at melee. Very strong in team games.
8. Dmac - This guy just doesn't give up. Probably the most knowledgeable player in the game.
9. HI5077 - Doesn't back down from a fight. Very skilled with Houdini and TK. (non-headshotter)
10. Jalit Rock - They can hold their own in team games and SoFt. One of the quickest and sneakiest headshotters.
Mentionables- NINE LIVES, Wilsonator5, SoberSPARTAN, SG Ghaz, Grubby813, HowlForTheMoon, and a few more who I can't think of! Hope I didn't offend anyone.

Alright so it took me a LONG time to think of a suitable list. Something that would truly represent what I feel is correct.
REMEMBER : This list is subject to change with time and it is based on TWO categories
1).SKILL (hence skill leaderboard)
2).INFLUENCE (people who have, throughout my very long bioshock career made me who I am today)
This is probably my best list as of yet and hopefully it doesn't disappoint. I will be honest and state why people are where they are on my list.
BIOSHOCK 2 LEADERBOARD
1).Jaymie Timmer – It actually took me a long time to come up with my number one. I was going to put up the usual but then the thought hit me that not a single player in the game effected to the depth that Timmer did. I used to play this game for the single purpose of just being able to be in a lobby with him and hopefully get a couple kills near him. I used to watch all of his videos memorizing what he did, when he did it. I thought : What is it that he does that I could use?
He was the best and most dominant survival of the fittest player to roam the lobbies. He was the best headshotter, the best daddy and the best killer in the game. He was THE man. He made me think so hard about what I needed to do to be good in the game. I'll admit that I actually was nervous every time I had the opportunity to speak with him because I wanted us to be friends.
From the beginning of two summers ago I was Timmer's number 1 fan and anyone could ask my close friends and they will certainly agree with you. There was something about the way he played that just wreaked of WINNING. Of all the people in the game Timmer is the person that I credit to all of my success and if he is reading this right now I just wanna say thank you.
2).Gunner 9497 – This was not so hard. Cody was there when I first picked up Bioshock and played my first match. Heck, it was at HIS house when I played because I didn't have the internet or LIVE. Gunner...there are so many words that describe him and I would have to choose one as his nature : determined.
Cody bought bioshock 2 for one purpose, and it is still ridiculous looking back on it. He bought the game to just play me. That was it, even though he liked the game, he bought it to play with and against me. To try and beat me as many times as possible because Bioshock was MY game. I used to talk about Bioshock constantly, I use to rant about how good the campaign was and about how I have beaten it 30 times.
Cody wanted to come into Bioshock with his multiplayer experience and simply kill me.
I remember laughing with him whenever he would bee me and I would say,
“Dude, you're not going to win. You're just going to kill me.” and he would say,
“Yeah, I know, but I'm still gonna kill you” (something along those lines).
It is absolutely amazing how far me and him go back. I used to look at him in lobbies and think, Cool...Free win! But now it has turned into This is going to be interesting. Cody used to stalk me on the deathcam memorizing where and what I did for the single purpose of being able to know where I was to KILL me.
Who does that? Serious. That's Cody.
Over the past 8 Months I was able to witness a change in him. He developed from a noob to an All Time Great right before my eyes. He can be proficient with every weapon in the game which is a rare talent that he has. From his carefree attitude to his all around, “Are you serious?” remarks there is nothing about Cody that I can't laugh about and say, “Damn kid's pretty good!”
Even though we had a parting of ways and we don't talk as much as I would like I have to say.
Cody...you EARNED this spot.
3).Wilsonator5 – Yes. Oh yes. Wilson is my number 3 all time.
RANDOM : Frank, you're crazy! That punk's only got 140 hours of playing time For God's sake! You must be Cracking Wize to have him on your list!
ME: Playing time isn't everything. Sometimes you just had to admit the truth when its staring you right in the eye!
Wilson, my close friend. He is...just wow. I remember not too long ago when Bryan bought Bioshock 2 and just like Gunner he bought it to play with Me and Him. Never, EVER did I think that he would become as dynamic as he is. I was BLOWN out of the water by his sheer talent. Just a couple tips and words of advice and an occasional answering a question and Wilson was off to the races. I thought, yeah he's okay but he'll slow down whenever he plays a seasoned veteran
I was wrong, and i'm usually good at predicting skill in players. Bryan jumped right into a lobby of the BEST, people such as Frenzy, Gunner, Corp, Dmac and others and was competing and WINNING! I thought, He's doing more than me or anyone that I know with his playing time.
I've played Bryan recently and I was just speechless. I take pride in knowing that I can start off a match pretty fast and get a decent amount of kills in a short time and have it stay that way for the rest of the match. But whenever I play Bryan, its like I'm playing the flip side of a coin. Whenever I see him play I see bits and pieces of me, gunner and the best in him.
As of now he is the best headshotter in the game and I am not ashamed to say it, the best player in the game ( that plays consistently).
Yeah I went there, he is the best. He is the hardest challenge for me when I play SOTF. He is just awesome.
Can't wait to play him more!
4).Corpulent Drunk – “God Damnit!” Or “Corp!!!!” These are my most used terms whenever I play corp. Out of all of the people that are in Rapture, corp is the one person that I just can't figure out. Whenever I play him it's just so difficult for me to kill and beat him. He just....Corp I KNOW you're reading this and buddy. You ARE JUST THERE. AT every instance where I think I have time to chill and reload or whenever I think the coast is clear. Corp comes flying into the room riding a magical barrel that magically finds its way to my face.
Corp is so diverse. My 800+ hours of practice just seems to screw up a little everytime i'm in a lobby with corp. Its just something that I don't understand. The way he plays just baffles me.
I guess i'm just not smart enough o understand his Old Man wisdom.
Corp and I go back a long way, every time I would die I already knew who was killing me. Corp would EG me from across the map or spawn directly behind me when I was 1 kill away from winning games and just screw me up.
Best Barrel user in Rapture and possibly the best sport. Yeah, I can't think of a single person that is as sportsmanlike as Corp. He just takes the cake.
Corp maybe one of these days i'll find out the best method of playing you.
A FOTAINE NOTE : THIS list is super long, holy crap!!!!
5).oGODxINxAxBOXo – before I get a bunch of crap from people let me just explain. Damen is on her for more of a influential role. Yes he is good and perhaps great but that never really occurred to me when I made this list. I thought back to my developing stages. And I realized that Damen was there. He changed me. He recruited me into my first ever bioshock clan and was as much as part of my life as the Adam Addicts were to me. Him and his friends influenced me in ways they probably never knew. I learned from their mistakes and was able to make myself a better person and knew how to run a clan and people in general. I used to think of Damen as one of the best skill wise. That's changed, he has just been such a big part of my Bioshock life. I remember the couple months of constantly talking to him and picking up a couple pointers here and there from his paying style. Even though the Godz of Bioshock and the Boxes are thought of as bad I will always consider Damen a good box.
6).Desafino – For me, he deserves this spot. I know that he gives a lot of other players (my close friends) lots of glimpses of being a D Bag (playing style wise) but I think that he is one of the most talented headshotters in the game with as much knowledge as the most experienced player. He is one of the fastest and most accurate / Dynamic players to have played BS2.
Just like Corp and Wilson there is just something about Desafino that just puts me off my game. His playing style is perfect to counteracting mine.
He was the first player since Timmer to beat me 3 times in a row, then it was Gunner.
From that day I was beaten by him I always kept a watchful eye on him.
He has a lot of explosiveness in him and i'm going to say it, he possesses a quality that almost every player in the game lacks....consistency. It is a rare thing to have. Perform exactly the same game in and game out but he somehow manages to do it (when I play with or against him at least).
I wish that he would play a lot more than he already does and I know that I am a huge headshotter who typically only uses one loadout against the best, but sometimes when I play team with him I wish I would be able to see him experiment.
7).Nine Lives – I have played with her a decent amount and I am just shocked for two reasons
Number 1 – She is a dominant player with the ability to control the map like no other. Team was hers. She is a fast headshotter and a fairly consistent player. She may not be there to get the huge kill counts but she fills the BEST role that any team mate could ever fill in a video game....She has excellent team support skills, even if she denies it I know greatness when I lay my eyes on it.
Number 2 – Her opinion of herself is absolutely ridiculous. She is convinced that she sucks and is prob like the worst player ever. The main reason she even loses or gets frustrated is because of her opinion of herself. I would really really really love to see Laura get past her level of stubbornness just like I had to.
Laura is...just amazing. I can describe her with so many words but what I can say with absolute certainty is that she is one of the best friends a person can have. She is able to see the best in everyone but herself.
She would be higher on my list but she is down here for one reason : Laura, if you are reading this, you have to stop getting angry and leaving matches.
8).McFrenzy – RANDOM : Frank, you are even more crazy than I thought. You put MCFRENZY this low on your list?!!

I realize that many people give the title to Frenzy as the best and one of the greatest. He is a living legend that has spent his entire time dominating most people's lobbies and has a ginormous reputation for being incredible.
Frenzy is many things. He is a good headshotter, a good no stunner and a pretty good guy at using most of the weapons, which if you look at it is very similar to Gunner. Well then, why is he down here? This is all because of how he performs against me and the influence he has had on me.
I'll start with influence – I “grew up” in Rapture hearing about the great McFrenzy and I realized how legendary he was. I even played 1 singular game against him where he destroyed my damage increase crossbow using arse. I thought, Frenzy is really good. Then he quit or what have you and came back 7 months later. I was excited to here that the Legend was back in town because that 7 months gave me a considerable amount of time to develop from a noob to a decent player. I was never actually influenced by Frenzy when I looked at it closely which actually really surprised me. He did not effect me as a player at all.
That's not so bad considering I have Desafino on my list who didn't effect me that much but here is the thing that I questioned.
All of the people on my list are on my list due to how they perform against me. Not anyone else in the game, me.
I will not deny that Frenzy is an amazing player and if you are reading this man I am not trying to dis you or anything, far from it.
Frenzy is number 8 because he did not really do what I expected him to do against me. I thought he would come back to bioshock and wreck every single lobby and take back his throne as king from whoever was the best at that time.
But I soon realized that I played really really well against and that is the thing about my list. Every single player on my list has proven their skill to do extremely well against me in dozens of matches and as of yet Frenzy has not done that. Perhaps he just needs more time.
Sorry Bro really not trying to make you mad or anything this is just how I see things.
9).dmac5985 – not D 2 TH3 MAC, I will never recognize him as that gamertag he will always be just dmac to me. Me and Dmac are pretty much the only players that I know of who have played since pretty much the release date or close to it and have stuck with the game up till now. My history with dmac goes way back. I used to play him all the time. Dmac buddy, you are something else brah. Not a single player in the game plays like you (tiger clawing at tanks) or who is as chill (most of the times lol) as you. You have always been in the competition dmac. In every match of high levels you were there waiting to play and eager to. I have said many things about your playing style dmac and you know what I used to think. Its changed now, bro. I don't want you to change your reckless stunts or the way you somehow get yourself into so much trouble and we just laugh it off. Being in the party with you is just natural and playing against you just seems like second nature. Continue the good work
Oh, but you could lower you sensitivity I think it would actually really help you because whenever you say you are hitting people in the head I think its your sensitivity screwing you up. I could be wrong though, peace
10).Nessa, IanHealy, Rowan, and Avery – How could I make an all time list so many times and just not include you guys?! You guys helped me change into the Frank that I am today. I remember being in parties with you guys chatting and playing civil and I absolutely loved it. It was so fun just talking with you guys that it really made me relax and settle down personality wise because during the time I was a nervous Nelly and quite the outspoken person on the forums (arguing with random people who tend to send beasts at me). I cannot describe my gratitude to you guys and everything that you've done for me. Thanks for being there guys!

Aparently the Rapture I grew up in was much diffrent *PS3, dont judge me ok?* It was an equal shot of makeing it big, all the legends are dead so we now go about our business killing and soon finding our talents. I myself is a local vet as you may say, I play fair, dont trash talk, dont hate spam or rage quit and Il even be the newbes friend. There are meany greater then me but we have no legends just locals...& THATS THE WAY I LIKE IT!

i am Deeply(deep lol) sorry. But anyway my list is just based off of people who have beaten me.

BUT i didnt use it as a real tactic as he did. So more or less he made it more popular and showed how useful it could be. I just mastered it to be used at anytime. So if your thinking hes just a wannabe then your sadly wrong.
2 Wilsonator5: This kid is good(hes older then me) as far as headshots i think he may have passed everyone
already. Even though he gets host a lot he still very skilled in battles. All he needs to do is play more team(idk if he has or not cause i dont play anymore).
3 Frank Fotaine: Ok if you were playing when i started to play then you knew that he was the best. And prolly still is the best. He runs Sotf( did i spell that right?) Everyone looked up to him and wanted to beat him. Im not sure if he knows this but hes prolly the most loved player by headshooters. Even if you dont wanna say it if your doing headshots then you mostlikely saw him doing it first. It was a hard chooice puting him at number 3 but the last time i played him i wasn't scared...? I dont know it just felt like he lost a step or 2 like something was missing. Anyway i hope hes still playing.
4 McFrenzy: Hes on everyones list that matters and we all know why. To tell you the truth i never played frenzy when i started playing. All i heard was stories about him from other people...weird. I played with him a couple times befor i quit and those stories where all true.
5 PP1000: He makes bad teams win out of nowhere i honestly have no idea how he does it. Has the best map control in my opinion. He quit but he wont be forgotten.
6 Courplentdrunk: Barrels barrels barrels like serious in one game all my 5 deaths were by barrels. He go's out of his way just to use them. Had some very nice games with this old man. I wish i could say more about courp but to tell you the truth i dont realy know him.
7 NINE LIVES: Nicest person in the game. Knows everything you need to know about bioshock 2. Good headshooter 2. And little do people know i always got the suit because she told me what time it came at. Thanks laura i won so many games with my 18 kills in the suit(Cody i hate you)
8 D 2 TH3 MAC: A natural born Sotf player. I always knew if i went in there i would find him. Lots of good games with him. Even though he says i lagg a lot(which i do snar) they were all fun games that i wont forget. He still needs to play more team games though cause at times he does random.
9 SG Ghaz: He was supose to be in my list befor but i forgot about him. I think to this day he is the best TK user.

10 God of Bioshock: People are prolly angry that i put him in here. But when i was playing with him i never realy thought that he wasn't good. Infact if he stops takeing everygame like a joke he could be one of the best. I wanted him to be my prodigy befor i left but that didnt happen. I hope he makes it big one day.

i dont know how you would put a guy who uses nade spam as fail switch in your top list especially number 5, i would put him on number 11, after i made him ragequit today i think hes useless. this is the only part i desagree with and yea you should be concerned with people that feel otherwise especially when he uses his nade spam after rez.
o and by the way he ragedquit with mr bubbles ask him when u see him. only reason i say that is cause i didnt ragequit when his team of level 50 won on the previous match.

If there are good people on the xbox then the GL, EB, Xbow shouldn't even be a problem.
From my experience talking to what i deem good players most of those things aren't a problem if one knows how to deal with them.

I realize that you don't like him but i use a different rubric when analyzing players.

I'd say it's about the same ratio on both consoles.
Think he's just saying that spammers are annoying, but with simple game knowledge they're easy to beat.
Gah! I cant pay for a Xbox, all the games I have for my PS3 *Not including my PS3 only games* And buy online! *Freeses door with Winter Blast Plasmid* Plus PS3 has less Rage quiters, & hate mail spammers * Well atleast BS2 MP does'nt, most other games do*
oh now i understand, you thought i was eb hs, naw man thats not me i was a little confused with corps last post about it, im holysoldier74 on the laggy a.ss xbox console, and i dont use the nade launcher or the suicide tactic or rez like he does, you can ask any of the ps3 people on this forum, i just mentioned that i thought he gets some pretty good head shots every now and then.
