Bioshock logo and Elton John?

So I was just watching the Elton John "Believe" video (which has some amazing Bioshock-esque imagery) for the first time in years, and I noticed something at the end...see 4:31

Do you think this had any influence? It seems so uncanny, and it was released in 1995.

Yes, just coincidence. I think the imagery in the video was influenced by Fritz Lang's Metropolis (cf. the planes flying around in the city), which featured many Art Deco elements, as does Bioshock. The font fits in there and existed before Bioshock (look for "andes" or "showtime" fonts).

I'm definitely certain of the Metropolis influences in both cases (the video and Bioshock), but what caught my eye was the water dripping down the word. Just thought it was a strange coincidence/connection.
