Civ V crashes late in game

Early in the game my Civ V game freezes and essentially crashes. I have to restart and cannot actually finish the game.
Mac OS 10.6.6
2x2.26 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
12 GB memory
NVIDIA GeForce GT 120

Can anyone please help advise me on this. Love the game, but frustrated with not being able to actually completely take over the world.

Civ 5 for Mac, is not supported by Take2 Games, suport is handled at www.aspyr.com

That being said, i believe the issue is the machine you are running it on, I dont believe the Xeon, or the 120 are supported by Aspyr for the game.
