Hi guys, fantastic game. "Life-stealer" Actually lol

I had no issues with the original release tbh.. none that I noticed anyway. Now i'm getting annoyed with how long it takes to get through the game turns even early on in the game. It seems to just hange for a minute then continues. This happens every 4/5 turns. I lowered setting, smaller maps etc but its still doning it way too much.

Known bug?
