Endless loading after splash screen

Yes, Iv'e noticed there are many threads with a similar issue but I have yet to find a solution.

Basically after the the splash screen it goes to a loading screen and it never ends. I've tried running as administrator and verifying integrity of game cache in Steam but still, it does the same.
The funny thing is that I had it working yesterday for a good while but only that one time.

Any one got a solution, I'd be highly appreciative =)

First thing I would suggest (and it is not going to be a bonafide solution without some further information) is to disable your anti-virus/firewall software and attempt to launch the game again.

Secondly, should that not help, try renaming the user files folder for the game that is within Documents/My Games.

Failing that, the posting of some system specs would be needed, and I'll probably ask you a bunch of questions - however, I go home for the weekend in 35mins, so make it snappy!
