You got it. Send me a XBOX friend request. I am on quite a bit at random times, so it shouldn't be hard to hook up to play. I will quit a ranked match usually to play, unless I am close to winning or the other player has annoyed me (talked trash, always plays a power CIV) and I want to put them down.
Mongols, French, & Russians. Best 2 out of 3. You must play each CIV once and only once.
Rules are pretty straight forward, (No cheating, glitching, you can't ignore peace requests if you are in Democracy or the other player builds the Great Wall) except one: We have decided that you can not build the Oxford University to get Advanced flight. It is not cheating, but overpowered. It makes the whole game a race for bombers.

got smoked by glenn my russians vs his mongols, evrything looked good but i bungled the deal and he out teched and destroyed me.
Yeah. Another classic. I was able to hold off your multiple headed attacks.
I think the fast timer messed with both of our strategies significantly.
Finished off Mawpawk with a anti-climatic game this morning.
I was the Russians he was the French. I had a hut nearby that gave me HBR. I also stumbled across Angkor Wat not far from where I moved my settlers- giving me Feudlism.
I found him closse by and send a Horse his way. He did his best to defend by pumping out warriors, but there was nothing he could do.

Good work - you dispatched mawpawk and had the best civ still in reserve! you were toying with him!
I think this new feudalism from AW strategy you have could be close to unbeatable...

I am heading out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday. If you want to catch me before then, I can be on tonight 7-10pm EST or Wed morning 5-7am EST
If not, we will have to hook up next week.
I 'll be at work 7-10pm. 5-7 is early am time - but maybe I can do it.
I suggest Glen has abandoned this as he is never available for challenge nor is he available for the champions leage or posting here...
If you want the title you can take it, however..... Under what grounds should it be abandoned? Because I haven't had time to play in a while? Because you aren't on at convienient times for me? Granted, you have sent me a lot of requests to play however, they are usually when I have been on for hours and am about to get off for a while. I probably played 25 games of CIV REV over the New Years break.
If that is the reason, what is the explaination that most of the other titles have been held much, much longer without defense?
If you want to earn the title, so be it. I will be on from 8:30 -11 pm tonight, tomorrow, and Thursday. I will also be on from 5-7 am every morning this week. Let me know when you will be on and I reserve the time especially for you.
P.S. Reminder: As king of the tier, I have added the rule that all games will be played with a fast (30 sec.) timer.

That is reasonable to keep the title (as long as you wind up playing the games sometime soon). Save some time tomorrow night for our bracket games. I will make sure I'm on!

Played glenn for this. he held it 2-1.
First was my Russia v France. A terrible settler walk decided it. I started on a thin peninsula and walked south. I spotted glenn settling. The only two trees were my original spot and that would have left me boxed in, so I had to actually run by his cap. no gold, I conceded. i'll upload the other two.
Just of note - I do not like the fast timer one little bit, no fun.
played glen and he beat me 2-0.. he was better...
yeah fast is tough... but it is just one of the 5 titles...

I hate it as well. Sometimes one of my 'friends' will invite me to a game in which it's a fast timer. I immediately quit and text them "not to invite me again if they're using that fast crap."
Multiplayabeast is king of the bottom tier. I will post game results later but Mawpawk first lost it to ITZ and then I took it from ITZ. Good game dude! You really almost won with them Mongols. But I guess I had a bit of luck too :-)
We go from a freaking quick 20-30 min game to a 3 hour slug fest ughh..... LOL GG
I would post the game but it takes too long but the first game Itz, me and mawpawk went FFA for the title. Itz finds KT and pretty much that ended the game because me and pawk didn't have nothing to counter it. Next game I choose Russian, Pawk choose Russians and Itz chooses Mongols. I take majority of the barbs on the side west of pawk so he don't have much to go after and Itz with is to the NE taking barbs. Mawpawk after a while didn't have anything and Itz took his second city he made out of his cap and then his cap. So the game is between me and ITz only for the title.
Itz had about 8 cities including his barb ones and was doing very well and far enough to the point of having the game in his hands even though me getting SOC and AoC. I decided to bring a galleon with 2 CA's and a AA to his barracks city closest to me but by the time I get over there Itz has cruisers and on the same turn I get over there he makes a army. I'm forced to drop the armies out near his prod city. I take the city and then take the cap of Pawk that Itz had. I converted a city that Itz had earlier as well. Either way I was still having time against him with his Mongols. Then I build EIC and that put me in a very good position. We have some spy battles and other little stuff but a good amount of turns later I get to Battleships. I bring a battleship fleet with 3 tank armies and 1 modern inf. army to another one Itz prod cities. I take it and the battles was very heated as he tried his best to get it back. He gets flight and he did some nice attacks with them along with him gb Miltary Complex. But as the battles continued I got enought to go attack his other VERY good city and got bombers before him... game over.
I challenged multi for this and he defended 3-0
that hardly reflected the gameplay as I think i played pretty well. first game my russians vs his russians. i got a cap (mongols i think) and he got one (oracle egypt).
we had some battles and I was doing ok but i just didnt get that battle luck and he had the oracle so he didnt need to worry about battle luck. oracle really hurt my ability to seige him and to defend my cities so i slowly fell back. despite that I still kept up the pressure with legions pressing his cities everywhere - but he built a ton of libraries and slowly ground out the win with his loyalty archers everywhere.
Looking back maybe i could have settlered out but I doubt it would have worked as he had it all over me in terms of ability to expand..
second i was mongols and he was france. he had a very fast HA and walked up to my city. i knew it was coming (ai said so) but i tried a 3-2 vs aztec cap so i could vet the warrior and get a 2nd cap. I lost and thus I had nothin when his HA came. If the layout of the land hadn't been exactly like that and if the cap had been anythign itehr than aztec and ... sigh.....
finally france vs mongols. I was up near pole. greeks were south.
he got the roman cap fast then got a pretty nice choak point. found where he was via the thing where your map redirects to the location of somthing but it was the other side of the world and ambiguous as to where. anyway i bumped into him and then I came at him with 2 warriors and a ha. but I needed to break through fast. i took a 3 vs 3 chance and it didnt work. game over. he clear ly got quite a few friendlies as the barbs were swarming.
could have just defended i guess and then tried to out expand him but mongols with a cap and CoL.. and me with not great expansion oportunities.. hmmm..
You talk about I write good... I love reading you posts. Yes those were some good games. Russia vs Russia was something else as 3 times I thought you would quit but you had a card up your sleeve for everything. Oracle did come in handy I must say because once I got GL into Thebes I knew one of those LA's I had with infiltration would take down your barracks city. I notice you not so much into expanding at least facing me... Legions is always something I have to be prepared for. It's not something I encounter much against anyone I ever played h2h or ffa. The last game with the Mongols I was a bit scared to see your HA so soon but enlightened to see it wasn't veteran. I do get a bit of battle luck in most games I play but in the end karma comes at some point and hits me where it hurts most. GG's Scottie.
Oh and there is one more time someone can face best out of 5 for the title before I hand it up for 2 weeks. I'm enjoying my time as king ya'll.

You are next Mawpawk! I want that upper middle title! Who is keeping uptodate the title holders anyway?
