iv got all of the little sisters except one-the 3rd at fort frolic, the big daddy and me died at the same time and i think she ran away, now when i go back the big daddys walk between two of the holes and the little sisters not coming out. i havent killed a splicer there in ages, do there have to be dead splicers with adam still in them for the little sisters to come out, or is it glitched?
I think you have to wait until a new big daddy respawns.

Same thing happened to me once. In fact it happened with the first big daddy/little sister. BD and I died at the same time and the LS disappeared when I went back for her. She'll eventually re-appear out of a whole with a new BD like normal so it's no big deal. Just wander around for a while.
