what makes you leave the game/lobby?

    lately every body is leafing
    they leave in the game
    they leave the lobby
they even leave when the game just started
and they leave just when the count down starts wich is very anoying when there are a total of 6 people

I dont understand why join if you wil leave anyway?
I can understand that you leave when there is lag
I can understand that lv20 and below dont want to face me but even lv50 join leave join leave join leave within 1 min. o_0
or when there are unfair teams but I dont know why els you would leave?
I even see winners leave like only needs 2 more kills and then gos away 0_0

so why do you leave a game/lobby? WHY?!?!?!

Leaving the lobby is apparently ragequitting to a certain person. Lol. Anyways, i dont leave lobbies since i dont mind playing the waiting game, i only leave when i have to go do something, and i only leave in game when im not paying any attention.

    Leafing? Lol we aren't plants.
Well theres a few i can think of:

    • Disconnecting-Happens quite often, sometimes the lobby will just 'boot' you.
    • Animosity- Perhaps they don't like you or someone in the lobby and refuse to play.
    • Connection issues-Some people just have really poor service and can be DC'd at any moment.
    • Ragequitting- Self-Explanatory

Ehhh im pretty sure there are more reasons, but thats all i could come up with atm.

i really only leave when the lag is so bad or the other team is just so annoying or i join the middle of a match i have no hope of ever turning around such as if i join a match thats like 300-30(yea right)

i will only leave games if i join late or the lag is so bad that i can't move. I will leave lobbies depending if i want to headshot or not because here on the xbox, if i were to find a lobby of 50 rebirths then its a definite battle royal of headshotting, even though i like to headshot sometimes i just don't feel like it.

Reasons for leaving are as varied as those for playing in the first place.

Perhaps the principle reason for leaving right after the match has started .....phhttt!

If every single person in the game has a grenade launcher in their loadout, I leave. No use playing when all that is going to happen suicides and spam.

Personally, I only leave because either My Xbox/game freezes, incredible amounts of lag or if I have plans/ need to be somewhere.

Well, of course people leave from the lobby. You can't expect everybody to keep playing forever non-stop
So what are the option ? Leave from the middle of the game or from the lobby. I prefer to leave from the lobby, because the other option is considered rage-quitting.

So I will leave from the lobby for all the usual reasons: to stop playing and do something else (e.g. sleep), getting bored, wanting to try a different game mode, getting fed up with the play-style of some opponent (e.g. constant suicide), host being too laggy, etc.

The biggest reason I leave the lobby is lack of balance. Since I recently started out, I am only mid 20 level. If I join and the game is all 40s and 50s, I will leave and look for another game. When I was under level 10 playing with other low level players, I would usually leave if the lobby I had joined had any level 40-50 folks.

As for in game, or rather when the countdown starts, if the game looks severly unbalanced, I will depart before it starts. For instance, when I was level 5-15 as was everyone else except maybe two or three 40-50 players, if the game software put all the 40-50s on the same team against all the 15 and under players, I would leave before it started to not waste everyone's time, my own included. Because whenever this happened, the game would never make it through more than the 100 point threshhold before all the lower levels left due to the headshots and the 100-0 score. Better to kill it off right away then waste 5 minutes playing a game where I was likely to end up solo if I stayed.

I'll leave for only the following reasons:

1: in game quitting - Only because of lag issues or for hackers (god mode or noclip stuff), other than that I stay for the entire match no matter what happens.

2: Leaving the lobby - If it is me and a team of random newbies against a party of level 50s teamed - I will stay for a full match then leave if the newbies can't hold their own, or if I am tired of playing and returning to the real world.

3: Leaving during count down - Usually because I am accepting a game invite or looking for a team game (if I find no games I go SotF, when Done, I look again for team games)

However Rage quitting seems to be all the rage lately (ouch, bad pun) and it doesn't seem to take much to force a reborn 50 to do so, a TK barrel or two, stunning them between the Electobolt and the upcoming head shot so you kill them first etc etc... It takes about 4 kills in a row to do this, a fifth if the have a vendetta against you and must kill you next, then couldn't take you down when they found you.

Newbies are also a very timid creature and if startled by you ominous shadow, will run.

so why do you leave a game/lobby? WHY?!?!?!
Sometimes ppl have connection issues and get thrown out of the game. one person I regularly play with gets thrown out of almost every single game at some point! (He's sometimes able to rejoin if there's still space - but not always.)

I (usually) only quit a game for the following reasons:

    1) lag or glitching that makes the game unplayable
    2) joining a game when it's almost finished
    3) in teams, if it becomes ridiculously unfair - eg only 1 person left on one of the teams (mine OR the other side), and no-one else joins them

    I quit a lobby:

    1) obvious reasons such as waiting too long, being invited elsewhere, not wanting to play the same map 2 or even 3 times close together, etc
    2) in team games, if a friend joins, and we want to play in a party on the same team instead of being put on opposite teams
    3) in team games, if the teams are just insane (eg 5 50-rebirths against 5 noobs)
    4) if a load of grenade-spammers turn up *sigh*
    5) if i get hatemail from someone in the lobby *sigh*
    6) if it's 2am, i'm half-asleep & playing really badly, i have work in the morning so i just want one final quick easy game before i leave, but i'm suddenly in a lobby with a load of top players (or sometimes even just one... )

Sorry for replying to my own post... but I forgot to add: When a group of us are trying to play the dlc maps, we have to keep quitting the lobby every time an old map comes up (if we can't veto it), or as soon as one other person joins the lobby who doesn't have the dlc. And we have to quit a game itself if we get matched straight into an existing game on an old map.

I leave if there is someone verbally abusive on a Mic. Muting isn't enough to pacify me.

I leave if I get put into a losing game mid-round and there is no reasonable chance of winning.

I leave if lag/teleporting is severe.

Similar has been happening to me, except I am still connected to Live. I just get booted out of games ("unable to connect to host") and back into the player lobby (not even into a match lobby). I can sometime rejoin the game I was just in. doesn't seem to matter who is in it.

About two days ago I joined a game and was booted right away. I came back in and there was only one other player (how the team based game kept running before I joined in is beyond me). Infact, I think it was you who was the other player. If not, you joined in that game shortly after as that was the last time I seen you.

I usually only leave lobbies if my teammates aren't coordinating well or if there's a ****ton of lag.

I never really left back when I played a lot unless I had been in a lobby with 5 people for over half an hour waiting for that one last person to start a match (KEK, I love you so much and yet NO ONE PLAYS YOU!). Or I'll leave because I've been playing for a long time and really can't be bothered to play any more - for me that's somewhere between eight and ten matches. I don't have much staying power :P

I will only leave if it is seriously laggy, people kill me with one body shot and are pretty much invincible, lose connection or I have to go.

Cheap combos, such as EB/CB, EL/shotgun/elephant gun, such like that where it requires little to no skilll, I mean how hard it is to hit a still target in the head?
Especially in Civil War (TDM) where half there team is using something like that, there is almost no way to counter a decent aimer who is suing electro-bolt/crossbow, its like you get shocked then half a second later your dead...

i think more appropriate would be lol/cb or lol/eg. and and even if the target is standing still it still takes more skill than gl

I never really leave unless my friends are on the opposite team, or when there's a team of Fifties, I'll try to get a couple kills and do a CommonSenseQuit, if the enemy team has well over 400 points in CW, or a bunch of Captures.

I totaly understand its not like I cant kill elite players or get killed alot
its just I cant face 3 at once and win and its also very sad to see your team mates die all the time xD
so thats why I always have atleast 1 friend with me when I play a team mode
