problem talking to leaders

hi guys i really like this game and it is very fun. I've had a couple problems with this game though. One of the problems is that when i am talking to the other civ leaders, instead of seeing them move around and talk, i get a screenshot of them. This isnt a huge gameplay problem but its disapointing to me because its one of civ's trademarks having interactive leaders. Can anyone help me fix this?
