Game freezes on specific turn
So in my game, it keeps freezing on a spesific turn. I can't remember the exact number, but' it's close to 400.
I've tried loading autosaves, and changing how I do a few things, but to no avail.
Whenever I get to that specific turn, and pres Enter, the game goes into an eternal thinking pause that I can only get out of by ctr+alt+deleting my way out of the game.
As far as I can see there are no events going on there. But then again, the game freezes (except the cursor which keeps spinning like a bad joke from Inception) before any events actually pop up or change, so I can't see if anything should happen.
There are no wonders that should be finishing at that point, no building cities, or, as I said, really anything that I can see should change something or stick out.
I've also tried changing a few settings in the files that I've seen recommended in other threads, but sadly no deal there either.
I'm playing on a "Huge" map with i think 12 civs, and no city states.
Any recommendations?

Turn off automation on any workers building roads or railroads

So didn't think that was going to work... but amazingly it did, thanks!
Sounds like a super weird bug o0

it is, they were trying to calculate a route to a seemingly inaccessable tile

Quantum,
GREAT solution. Maybe that would help other folks with crashes as well. I was thinking of turning automation on for workers. I'm glad I read your post first.
