Mafia 2 crash Chaptor 10 HELP!

I can't find the solution for the crash I have with Mafia 2. In chapter 10 (Room Service) when I left Joe's appartment with Joe and Marty. The game stops completly and there is no error sign. Please give me a solution for this problem so I can go on enjoying the game.

Do you know how to check Event Viewer for a crash report?

Right-click on Computer and select Manage, then drop down the Event Viewer menu, then Windows Logs, then Application and highlight an error relating to the game (most recent) - within here there may well be some information related to the issue.

I've checked the application log and i haven't found an entry. Refreshing didn't work...

Might need a little more information on what exactly happens...

Try disabling your anti-virus/firewall application and check if the same thing happens. Also maybe try lowering the graphics settings until it gets beyond the problematic section.
