Card name: ATI Radeon X1250 is your issue

If (and this is a big if) you can update to a 2010 driver, it MIGHT help

I tried to update but it said i already had the most up to date driver :/ from 2007 I believe.

Can I upgrade? Is this complicated? There is something heartbreaking about getting stoked for an awesome game and... it not running on your once top of the line cpu once you get it >.<

Do you have your firewall set up to allow both outgoing and incoming traffic for BOTH Steam and Civ V?
