The Truth About Demo
Hello. Now I dont know about you guys. But it doesnt matter what company or business you are. You dont keep your customers in the dark. No joke intended. We have heard for the past month. The "Demo" will be out 3 to 4 weeks before Full Game. Now it doesnt take a genious to realize the latest for that date is first week of June. Which is past. Now as above statement. If a company, business. Makes such a bald statement as that. And doesnt follow through. Basically its called "false advertising" and being unproffesional. Yes. Release dates change. All gamers understand that. But constant promises of a early demo, "Demo Soon". Its just misleading gamers. And false advertising.
Now ironically. There is going around on the forums. Some cryptic statement. In Darkling talk. About demo not guaranteed until most likely after game is out. Now ask yourself the following. Why doesnt 2k Games. Or StarBreeze. make a statement to us gamers in Mature, Adult terms. Not keeping us in the dark. Not hideing in the shadows. Not just giving us smoke screens of hype. And not letting our hopes down by checking if demo is up everyday. And not just giving us some cryptic message, which makes no sense. It says a sacrifice must be made for a demonstration. Know one got it. I did. There trying to say in a funny matter, without getting gamers upset. What there trying to say is. The sacrifice is us waiting even longer for demo after release. In short terms. There saying have patience. Not sacrifice.
To me the following happened. They either got scared off by all the latest demos on Xbox Live. Shadowrun, Tenchu Z, Overlord, Gamers may not agree. But Tenchu Z and Overlord are the best games/demos I have played in a long while. And pre ordered both.
Secondly the reason being. They keeping saying game is out for PS3 and Xbox 360. So if they just release a demo for Xbox 360. It lets down PS3 gamers. Lucky for me I have both systems. But others dont.
So the truth about demo. Or the conclusion is the following. Other demos scared them away. Or. They dont have both demos for PS3/Xbox 360. Or the actual game is delayed.
As I said. I am not just some impatient gamer. But a company. A business cannot just keep there customers. There bread and butter. The money that keeps them going in business. To publish or produce more games. We are the ones paying there wages. You dont just leave us customers in the dark. By cryptic messages or false advertising.
With so many new and high quality games out in June. I wont even attempt to pre order or buy Darkness. Without a demo. Just look at 3drealms with duke forever. Thats how not to do business. So many other game developers, publishers. Put out demos before gold. Its the one way to show a game to customers. I dont care if the demo is actual full game content. Or a year old content. At least its something. 95 percent of demos are not the actual upto full release standard. So I dont even know why 2k games, starbreeze are saying they want a demo close to full version. Its just a excuse.
When companies start misleading customers. Start leaving customers in dark. With no updates. With no honest statements, Mature statements. Then you start not to trust companies. Just look at EA games. Anyway. Enough said.

And although I agree with almost everything you said, there is one point you need to understand. Game Development is a crazy process, at any point in the process some crazy error can come up that the programmers didn't see before. When this happens you have either two choices, put the entire development team on fixing the problem OR delay the game. I guess 2k thought it would be more important to release the darkness on time and without a demo, than delay it. On the other hand, the way we were kept in the dark (no pun intended) for so long is just absurd.
I don't ever remember them officially saying the game would come out in June. I know that as some wishful thinking by many since last fall, but currently Gamestop has the game slated for August 21, so technically, as of this post, they have well over a month to release a demo.
Umm yeah this forum is for The Darkness. It's official release date is actually posted on this forum here :http://forums.2kgames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=201

and if you have visited jackie's myspace account (i like to call it that ) or read the official demo thread youd see that it says there not sure when the demo will be out saying itll most likely be from now to it the 25th but it could come out after the game
dont worry, either ways theres only 13 more days. give them a break, theyre probaly just relieved to have finished the game now and want to relax (id assume part of the same team sections off the demo ?)
Let me tell you the truth about the demo.
The original poster seems to have gotten some information from a bulletin on The Brotherhood, from MySpace, which came directly from Lord Sonatine himself, and read:
As some of you might already know the demo is not yet out although I have previously given information that it would be.
The wicked embodiment of Light and Order, the Angelus, must be corrupting the Darkness somehow because the demo is not ready.
I can guarantee there will be a demo. I cannot guarantee that it will come before the game releases.
Maybe a sacrifice of some sort will provide the impetus needed to birth a demonstration of The Darkness...
We all know that in game development, the game takes precedence over a demo. I know you are all very excited to play the demo of The Darkness, but I assure you, being able to play the actual game on June 26th will be much more satisfying than any demo ever will be.
Lord Sonatine has also been fielding many questions, one-on-one, via MySpace, but wanted me to reach out to you in a group about the demo.
There will be a demo. Rest assured.
The Darkness will come out for PS3 and Xbox 360 on June 26th.
The Brotherhood fears nothing.
anyone who bashes someone for their opinions on a game demo shouldn't be taken seriously either.

Hello. You responded to my topic about Demo. I thought I would respond. You basically told me exactly what we already heard. By reposting the cryptic message. When my topic clearly stated. Us gamers. Want a mature statement, response. Not just some cryptic message. Secondly. You assume us gamers are rich. Made of money. That the hype is enough to buy your game. I am sorry to disapoint you. But if only the gameing scene was that easy for you. Then game developers/publishers would be millionaires. Which there not. As much money they may make. There never in the league of famous musicians or actors. They could be. But with the gameing scene. Its all cloak and dagger. Where with musicians, actors. They tell every bit of gossip, every bit of detail about movies or songs, etc. They fans really get involved.
To me personally. If I was a game developer. I would put out demos a good year. Or at latest six months before game is out. You may ask why. For the reason for alot of buggy games. If you actually instead of paying game testers. Actually release early demos. Then you get alot of feedback from gamers. Then you may or may not add there input in the game. I would rather play a preview build, like the reviewers get. And expeirence it first. Why should reviewers get all the fun. When us gamers. We are the ones keeping this industry alive. Look at how old the Lost Planet first demo was. And I pre ordered it right after that demo.
You see. Why should a gamer spend good money. On just seeing gameplay movies. Trailers. I am from Australia. And it cost me each and every time. $105 Aust for both PS3 and X360 games. Thats retail price. Thats 81 dollars in USA money. Thats huge money. For $100 in Aust you can buy very expensive things. And thats the price of our games. So if for example this month. There is Tenchu Z out, Overlord, Two Worlds, and your game Darkness. So already I am looking at $400. Which could buy me a Nintendo Wii here. Which I alreadly have. So after demos. I already pre ordered Tenchu Z and Overlord. If I had a demo of Darkness right here and now. And I really loved it. I would pre order it to. But having no demo. Means to me. No buying.
My point being. I own all game systems. And a high end PC. So keeping up with all game systems. I am not just going to buy just any game on hype. So my point is. When you keep quoteing cryptic messages. And say. Just wait be patient until June 25th. Keep the above in mind. Its not as easy as just saying or backing gamers into a corner saying buy our game. Thats all.
Gamers not only want a Demo now. To have fun before release. But it seems soon as a game is out. And no demo. The developers/publishers. Just assume your comment. That everyone buys game. And then sometimes you dont even recieve a demo at all. Put it to you this way. By the time your game is out. I will be playing full versions of Overlord, Tenchu Z and Two Worlds. To actually stop. Put those games down. And play your demo which is finally out. And who knows what other demos our out by then. It just doesnt seem worth it. Considering the new games out in July. Then Bioshock. Whith all that said. And this is a very good point of mine. The only one game I wouldl buy with no demo is Bioshock. Reason being. We had a super high quality, actual in game demonstration on Xbox Live. At very least then. Give us a long in game demonstration on Xbox Live high quality. And of new footage like bioshock. Then I may consider buying your game without demo. But until then. There is no sale. I have seen enough in game. I am not just talking gameplay movies. I mean a full on ingame demonstration of bioshock. To see how the actual game looks, works.
The fact remains. You keep asking us to believe the new cryptic message. However. You totally disregard your old message of demo three two four weeks before game is released. As I said in my post. I dont care if the demo is from six months, year old material. At least its something. I think the smackdown demo was a good month or months before release. And I played that demo constantly. Thats why I brought game. Same with other demos.
I said above Gameing scene is not in the league as musicians and movie stars. But they could be. If they started doing a pattern of actually each and everytime. Without fail. Having a demo before Gold. And I am talking at extreme latest 3 weeks before game is out. Or even earlier. But no later. Yes release dates can change. But a release date for a demo should be exact. All there doing is processing and cutting up a piece of the game. Which I would imagine. At very least. Would most likely take a small team a good two weeks to processs, not more. So they should of been working afew weeks ago before release to plan for it. Developers/publishers. Shouldnt just leave demos to maybe. Or say. Well. They have full version. There is so many reasons for a demo. My above reasons. The other reasons are. To see what version is best. Best graphically. Gameplay wise. Framerate. Movement.
Would you buy a car, without test driving it. Would you buy a Plasma, LCD TV without actually seeing it in person. Would you buy a music cd without hearing the songs on radio or TV first.
There are those game Developers/Publishers that put out demos. And those that make every excuse why they havent. Hype doesnt sell a game. Its like anything in life. Experienceing the actual product. Sells things better. How long is 3drealms going to leave gamers in the dark. We are talking well over 10years. And no updates, no new news. But still gamers live on the hype. Hype just leads to disapointment. Its the main excuse from gameing devs or publishers. Wouldnt you rather full version out faster. Than wait for a demo. Thats funny. I thought Darkness originallly was due out May, then delayed. My point being. No demo. Never makes a game out faster. I would rather a game take another four weeks to be released. And expeirence a demo. Than have it four weeks earlier. And least then the Dev game. Can put out demo. Then totally focus on game.
Game companies cannot hide behind cryptic messages. Or false hope. If your not going to release a demo. Be honest. Adults are honest. Say. Look. We are extremely sorry. But demo wont be out until after release. Gamers may not like to hear it. But they would rather the truth. Rather than some cryptic message. What are the developers/publishers afraid of. If they give the truth. It will turn gamers away. Maybe your right. Maybe gamers have the same opinion as me. And think a demo before gold is the right thing to do. When so many other devs/publishers do it. I mean seriously. If they can do it. There is no reason for you not to. Game devs can create a perfect game in 3 years and also demo before gold. So why cannot others do that. When its takeing 3drealms 10 years. And there still going. Anyway. Thats my thoughts.
Sign Here If You Want Demo Now
Hello. If your like me. A True Avid Gamer. And want a Demo now. I suggest to you. Ask you nicely. To sign here. To show game Developers/Publishers. We dont want to be left in dark. Dont just follow them like sheep. Just following the game hype. If you truly believe like me. For one reason or another why the demo should be out before release. Sign here. Even sign your opinion why if you feel the need. To me. Alot of reasons. Gamers want to experience the game now. Have some fun with it. Other game developers/publishers have demos out before games. It shows you what is the best version, what version has the best grahpics, gameplay, movement, features. Game Developers/Publishers can make every excuse why they havent put it out. With cryptic messages. But still. Other companies can do it. So there is no reason why they cannot. Oh wow. I just played a Tenchu Z demo. And no sooner did I play game. Its out. I just played Overlord Demo. And its out in afew weeks the game. They did it. So there is no reason they cannot.
If they spent as much time as they do on there game trailers, there cryptic messages. Put that energy into a demo. I have never, and will never expect a demo to be just like full version. They use cryptic messages. They say oh wait until full version is out just buy it. Like we just buy on hype. And they also use the other excuse. We want demo exact like full version. Why. I would be happy just playing a six month old demo. I would of rathered be playing that for the next few weeks before game is out. There are so many new games out in June. And I have every game system. I am not made of money. It does not grow on trees. The only way to work out what to buy, not what to buy is clearly a demo. And they give all these excuses. But let me put it to you this way.
Other games are competition. Say for example. Just a example. Gamers just tried Overlord, Tenchu Z demos. Now a gamer like me will suddenly, instantly pre order both. But if they also had a Darkness demo to compare. Then they decide. What is the best two demos, the best games to pre order. They may love all of them. Or may only have budget to buy one or two of them. You see. Having a demo late. Really does effect business. There like wait until release. But no demo, demo delayed really does hurt business. If you truly believe in your product. You would show it now. The only reason. No excuses. The only reason. Is they dont either truly believe in there product. Or they dont have anything special to show us. We are told excuses by companies we cannot create a demo. Like oblivion. But they created such role playing demos like gothic/gothic 2 and overlord. So there should be no e excuses at all. So if you agree with me. Please sign. Thanks.
i understand that they are busy working on the full game but i dont like how they are giving us answers that avoid the qestion.
2k can and has to do a lot better when dealing with the community and they can start by giving us real answers.
Just warning you guys that this guy will not stop making topics saying what he has said 5 times already. He had to be suspended from gamefaqs to get him to stop posting.
while i won't go through your message point by point, i will try and be as un-cryptic as possible.

From the comments Ive read from journalists lucky enough to have had a hands-on with the game, I understand there was a few problems that still needed ironing out.Knowing Starbreeze and the high standards that they set themselves,I'm sure they decided to hold back on releasing the demo publicly until these minor glitches were corrected. And Also,as one member has already pointed out, with less than a fortnight to go,we dont have to wait all that long to play the full game, which from what Ive seen looks absoloutley stunning.

I thought you said it was the 25th. Im not going to buy iut now, j/k
Ok. Heres the thing. Or my problem with that response. Today is June 13th. In Australia we are a day in front of USA. However. With that said. Its Only 12 days away from release. Which is less than two weeks. Now in theory. I also have a problem with release dates. I dont care if your a fisherman, a baker, a builder, a candle stick maker, a doctor or anything. Any type of business or service. You do have a time line. I myself am a creative type. I am a musician, play guitar, piano, write songs, music, lyrics. Just as hobby. Not proffesionally. And I know being creative takes time. but I dont look at this song I am writeing. And say to me friends, familiy. When they ask. When is song ready. I dont just say. Sorry. When its done. I have some idea. Its not going to take me two years, to write one song. For example. If I am writeing a song for a gift, or for a friend, or such.
My point is. Every business has a time line. Apart from "cough" 3drealms with duke nukem. Which proves something shouldnt be over worked on. My point being. You cannot tell me they have no idea of a Demo date. They either have started a demo, or havent. So from experience. They go back to there journal or book, or whatever. And say. Hey. The Riddick demo took X amount fo days to create. Is darkness more or less work. And go from there. If more work. So aprox. You say double that time. So you will always have a time line. If your just going about a business willy nilly. With no time line, no dates. Then you end up not a very proffesionally business. I am not saying say. The demo will be exactly out June 20th at 12am. I am saying. Just a aprox date a company can give. But they give excuses and run around the answer to. They can say aprox two weeks demo is out.
Thats exactly what did happen. And now look. They didnt follow the time line. Or have one. They said three to four weeks before release. Now we are going into nearly week and half to release. Still no demo. Now in theory if your out with your dates. You should be out at very least a week. So you say at very least three weeks before release. Then if things change. It ends up two weeks. So in theory if they where late. Demo should be out this week. But its not.
I never even heard of Tenchu X, Overlord. Until a demo. Never heard of them. Followed them. And what happened. They have been the best games I have played all year. Thats my point. Everything I have seen, heard about the Darkness is all hype. Hype from Riddick. Trust me. I know some amazing games. But there sequel. or there new games, from same company. End up not being as good as the original or the first game they had.
To me if you dont know nearly two weeks to release. If you dont know anything. Any date about demo. Which leads me to believe. There wont even be a demo on release. Which leads me to believe sometime after. Two weeks, even more after release there will be a demo. Which is very unfair to loyal gamers. Yes. I repeat loyal gamers.
If you want to keep gamers in dark. Fine. But do it in a proffesional way like Valve. Creators of Half Life series. They have a perfect balance. Of keeping gamers happy, plus keeping production a secret.
So this is my cryptic understanding of your response. In short terms. You where saying there will be a demo. But if its not ready for distribution. Surely there must be sometime of guideline. I mean. If I was a publsher. Wether it be for music artists, or gameing scene. You want to get the goods out of that person. For example. Its like a music artist holding back on a music single. So thats why gamers get all confused. Is it the publisher hollding back the information, the details, the demo. Or is it the developers. Or arent the publisher/developers working happily together.
So thats why gamers are in the Dark. 2K games may very well be ready to release a demo. But the developers maybe holding it back. Or maybe Microsoft is holding demo back. For rateing, or its to violent, so it all has to be censored for general gamers. I have no idea. But with all lthese factors. There has to be some kind of time line. Wether it be release dates, or demos. They has to be some time line. And predicting how long it would take to produce, and create a demo would be easier to predict.
RainWolf, you're asking 2K games to treat you like a mature individual, so it would be best you start acting like one.
Mature individuals understand that sometimes things don't always go to plan. Problems arise and despite dates and deadlines things change. It's just a simple fact of life.
It's not as if 2k doesn't want to give you and other gamers what they want, they just want to make sure it is the BEST they can give you. So please be patient.
People. We are talking about a Demo. A Demonstration. A demo doesnt have to be perfect. That is my point. Why perfect something. That is only a demonstration. I just played Tenchu Z demo. It said in start of demo. Not like final product or something like that. And I loved it. I didnt go looking for bugs. All I look for in demo. Is graphics and gameplay. I dont review it. I dont analize it. I just play it for what it is. Look at the old gameplay movies in Riddick game. I am talking the ones you unlocked when you where in the game. Like how the game looked before fancy graphics. I would of been happy just playing that demo at the time. Thats my point. If they feel the need to be so perfect. Let them. But I will be more than happy for them to send me in mail a six month old playable demo.
Hmmm, it seems Shattenjager has found a new place to complain.
I think it is because a lot of people take things as face value. It's not like how it was years ago when you played a demo that had very few finished elements from the final product.
The need for spot on quality has gone WAY up. Nowadays the demo is the first free taste for gamers.
Think of it this way. Say someone was going to give you a free sample of a food you've never tasted, but in order to give it to you right away they had to take some shortcuts in making it. Sure it might taste fine, but in the end you might not be all that impressed and forget about it entirely.
Game developers/publishers just want to make sure that the first "taste" is great for those who've never heard of "The Darkness." If they give a general gamer some half-asked demo, they may not realize how great the final game is.
That's how I see it at least.

I dont see it as food. Food has to be perfect. As its a instant reaction. Or if its bad food. You have another "cough" reaction. Hehe. So its vital. Food is done not only by health standards. But also not to mix other foods that taste bad.
To me I thknk there afraid of Console wars. Because either PS3 or Xbox 360 has better grahpics. So they dont want gamers to compare. Which seems like just an excuse. Gamers should make up there own minds. We see oblivion is way better on PS3. Where Splinter Cell is better on xbox 360. I mean geez. They put out a Halo 3 beta. The most hyped up game. If they can do it for such a triple A game. Why not for this game.
Think of it like this. Year a fan of a musician. And you had a sneak peak. Only heard one verse and chorus. Or just a chorus. At least you got a sneak peak. I was lucky enough to go do work experience at a recording studio in Australia. And I was allowed to sit in and watch Tommy Emmanule. To USA people. You may not have heard him. But hes the best guitarist in Australia. .And just plays music. Doesnt sing. Anyway. I basically sat in the studio with Tommy. At the mixing music desk. Sitting right next to him. Listening to tracks he just recorded. And it was great. But not perfect. He was just messing about, trying out new things. Do you think because it wasnt perfect, in terms of just nicely straight down the line done. I didnt like it. No. I thought it was amazing. And brought the album soon as it was out.
I am showing my age. But its like a Billy Joel son where he says sometimes you make mistakes. He made a mistake saying that line. And still. He kept it in final recording. Because it worked.
My point is. Sure Demos are not final versions. But you are seeing a work in process. Do you know how many times. I have played great demos. I played the smackdown demo for endless hours. And still I loved it.
I wouldnt care if they had a darkness demo. Of just one room. And you just shot random guys in it. At least its something. Developers used to create amazing demos. Look at the old Kingpin demo. Now that is what I am talking about. That demo was huge. I am not asking for such quality. But I am just saying. They put there heart, soul in that demo. But still. It wasnt the final product. It was just a demo. But still I loved it.
Things in gameing scene have gone way way behind. We used to Always get demos. Now demos seem to be flashy one levels. Just to actually promote the game. Where demos should be just fun. You have enough game trailers, previews, interterviews. For hype and promoting. Demos should just be fun. Its like Demos now are a after thought. Smackdown demo was well out before game was. And it was the best demo I played in along time. Still to this day. I am still playing smackdown. And its been out for over a year.
Game companies like INterplay I think they where called. THe group that did redneck rampage series. Or published it. They had a motto for the gamers or something. Developers used to be for the gamers. Like when Valve first started out. But nowdays. Its all business and smoke screens. If they want to keep gameing alive. They need to once again. Be for the gamers first. And the business second. Thats the only way. We can both work together, Them and us. Giving feedback. In order for them to create more and more original games. Instead of recycled clones.
To that comment Reaper. There would be more polished games. If they put out demo much earlier. Got gamer feedback. Then added or enhanced game to comments. I played spiderman 3 full version hated it. If I had a demo. I would of either done two things. 1. If the demo was out earlier. Gave feedback and hoped developers tweaked it. 2. Not brought game.
You see. A demo is good for everyone. For gamers. For business. For devs. For publishers. Look for example. The most over hyped game on Xbox 360. Gears of war. And still. To this very day. No playable demo. Now that is just a disgrace to gameiing scene. I played full version. I hate it. Just a 3rd person halo clone. But still. No demo at all.
If your as old as me. You gamers know the Blood series. The darkness is alot like that. Some guy thats frustrated on a rampage.
A demo also helps make games more polished and complete. By gamer comments. Feedback.

1stly, damn whats up with the 2000 word essays? 2ndly thank you elizabeth for clearing that up. thats honestly all i wanted to hear, and what ive come to expect from 2K. cheers.
Well Reaper. If that where the case. Why there famous last words. Demo Out Soon. Demo out 3 to 4 weeks before release. Thats there famous last words gamers will remember. When people, business are in the wrong. They have two choices. To be honest and admit there mistake. And make things right. Or hide behind smoke screens. Which there doing the later.
They could of said anything. But they didnt. Saying they want the game out sooner. Is just a excuse. If other companies can produce demo before game is out. Example. Smackdown, overlord, lost planet, tenchu z, etc. Why doesnt this company. Its not like it hasnt been done before. It has.
Go look at the game Gothic series. Trust me. The indepth game. It would take massive amounts of people to create it. But still we had a Gothic 1 and Gothic 2 demos before game was out. We arent talking just a random action game. We are talking a full blown open ended role playing game. But still we had demos before gold.
So if I hear that excuse again. Game will be out earlier because there focusing on game, not demo. I will pull my hair out if I hear that again. Its only a excuse. If I hear that excuse again. Just buy full version. We arent made of money. So if those two excuses dont wash. What is left. Even if they had more bugs in game than expect. They should of been prepared for that. And trust me. As good as this game looks. Its linear. Where games like gothic are non linear, open ended. Triple the amount of energy, effort, man power would of went into gothic series, plus the different languages for different regions, all the game is voiced.
The Gothic, Deus Ex demos sold me. And there my favorite games of all time.

Actually, the Darkness isnt linear.
P.S- poor Darfur.....
I could not wait for the demo!! but untill i sat down and used my brain : i thought to myself maybe its better that they havent released it yet , so this gives them enough time to polish off the game and to me a great game is better than a demo.
RainWolf (aka schattenjager) has been trolling the Darkness board over at GameFAQS for a couple weeks. Luckily he was suspended. He really will not stop posting...ever.
Quite frankly, it's really not that big of a deal that the demo was delayed. Delays happen all the time. Why he insists on creating these riduculous posts...nobody knows.
And honestly, if you don't get a game because a demo wasn't released for it (even though there is going to be one for The Darkness), then that's just your loss.
And Rainwolf, commas are your friend. Please use them. Instead. Of posting. Like this.
a demo would be nice, it sucks when you buy a game that looks great and it turns out crappy, but its not that important, i'm getting the darkness (20 off with pre-order FTW) but i know other people who will play demo after the game comes out and then just go buy it because of the demo.
sales wise its probably better to release a late demo that is as similar as possible to the real game instead of a demo early that gives people the wrong impressions....lost planet i'm looking at you!...stupid human enemy levels....
Well, if they release a piece of poo demo, you may like it, but other people will think o this game isn't that good so they won't get the game. Lots of people play the demo to decide whether or not to get a game and if the demo sucks then they won't get the real game no matter how good it is.
hold on... someone called Gears a Halo Clone?
Demo or not, I'm buying this game on the release day. If the OP wants to cry about a vague promise, that's his/her prerogative.
Honestly, I don't need a demo, I think that it would be nice to get one, but I can tell at this point that would be a little far fetched. All I want answered is this, and it doesn't matter to me if there is ever a demo as long as this question is answered...
Why? Why was it delayed, what occurred to make the release of this demo so unacceptable?
It's like when the Halo 3 beta was delayed, I didn't care that it was delayed, I just hated how they didn't let everyone know why. It's not like we're kids and the reason is sex, you don't have to sugar coat it and twist the truth out of it in an attempt to not tell us the dirty truth.
Sorry, but the curiosity has killed 2 of my cats and is eating away at me. I respectfully request, why?
