How can i go about getting my money back for civ v on mac. The game is unplayable. And the support is nonexistent. I was banned from steam for complaining and defending myself from spammers who had nothing constructive to say, and i still cant use this game after my money has been spent. I want my moneuy back...and nba 2k11 just froze up on me too, and im a 99 sg, i want my money back for all this crap.
what is a 99 sg, is it some sort of affiliation to a club like the boy scouts or something..?
