    Exclamation Science Victory Fail

    Maybe its something I have done, but I have all the pieces of my space shuttle sitting outside of my capital city. I can see the launchpad in the city. But no matter what piece I place in my city I do not see a tab to "launch" it. Please advise.

    It may be a human error and not a game error, but I'd love to figure out the solution
