Can't figure out a solution...

Someone recently bought me BioShock for me through steam, the whole game has run fine up until this part...

It crashes in windowed mode and regular mode, I just took a picture like this because it wouldn't take one in full screen lol

This is on Fort Frolic the goal where you must take a picture of the man you killed on stage and place it in the picture for your next goal. I have updated nvidia drivers, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice, I have validated the integrity of the files, defraged the files, renamed my ClientRegistery.blob to ClientRegisteryOld.blob and I changed my HighDetailShaders=True to HighDetailShaders=False.

Take the graphics settings down to minimum, get beyond this point, and you should be able to put them back up.

Plan B is Hardware Acceleration, I think... or Set Affinity. Let me know if it still doesn't work.

I turned all the graphics down to as low as possible, the same thing happened.
And Idk what Hardware Acceleration is so didnt do that.

Have you tried to restart the level from the AutoSave of entering Fort Frolic? If not, try that. Also, do not leave Fort Frolic until you have completed the masterpiece. Leave through the Bathysphere that is blocked when you first enter the level when you do. After that you can come and go as you please. Leaving before completing the masterpiece will render the level unfinishable when you come back to progress. The curtain is closed and will not open ever if you do.

I restarted the whole game over and atm its working Im at the stage in olympus heights or whatever where you have to enter the key combo for elevator, but i already played the diary D:

Press M, and at the lower right-hand key is an icon that looks like a tape recorder. Click that, then find the diary.
